Great hospital and cancer center. We have always had a welcome feeling each trip through my wife's cancer treatments and surgery
The nurses and doctors have been such a blessing, a comfort, and have offered a huge sense of peace and security to my family as they take care of our loved one, fighting pancreatic cancer. They have been compassionate, thorough, and work so quickly and efficiently. My loved one is never alone and they are doing everything they can to be sure she is safe and as comfortable as she can be. We could not be more grateful.
Worst hospital. Mon is way better.
You ll be in the waiting room for 8+ hrs to never be seen because blood in your urine isn t important enough to be seen.
Dr. Hayanga and his team and the OB team saved my daughter's and grandson's lives. Also very thankful to each and every person there who was at all involved in their recovery. Our family is grateful beyond words. Thank you!!!!
It is a great place to work the people here do a really great job helping people no matter where they are I would not pick another hospital to go to
My boyfriend was in the waiting room for almost 10 hours today and still never got seen. He was in so much pain he was screaming and crying, and of course getting embarrassed but when he would ask for help he was ignored or answered with some generic we have no way to know B.S. from the rude workers at the intake desk in the ER! He was also there for an appointment with a specialist who ordered an MRI and a when he went to have it done he was denied because he didn t have insurance! When did this become ok? What is really wrong with people! No one deserves to be treated the way he and others were treated there today, and by the looks of ALOT of the other reviews, daily.
Came into the ER yesterday because I cut through my finger and severed a few nerves, I was bleeding very heavily even with pressure and it took about 30 minutes before I was even triaged. Then they said I would get stitches which took another 20 minutes to go back to and a student did them but she very clearly did not know what she was doing and even the nurse audibly lectured her on how to do it correctly and told her she was doing it wrong numerous times but then goes, "I guess it'll be okay" and leaves the room to get me a tetanus booster since I was cutting with a knife that was contaminated with raw chicken. When she left the room the student cut them out and redid them and they were still crooked and the last stitch I was not numb at all so it hurt really bad and I kept bleeding everywhere they ignored me when I told them that my finger was numb and I couldn't move it. Fast forward to today my finger is incredibly swollen and it's in a curved position where I can't move it, I probably have worse nerve damage than I thought and they couldn't care any less. The only reason it's two stars is because my nurse and one of the triage nurses were very kind to me and calmed me down because I was a bit frightened from my hand being split open and bleeding so much. I try not to complain and I understand students need to practice to learn but I just wish they would have taken the time to fully evaluate and maybe stepped in with something like stitches that shouldn't just be carelessly done when she was having that much of an issue instead of just lecturing her, doesn't help the patient with their anxiety already that high either.
6 southeast pediatric has the best nurses ever!! The pediatrician surgeons were top notch!! Not to mention the entire staff was more then efficient and respectful!!!
The hospital is dirty and the staff uses terrible language and seemed miserable which kind of made the visit uncomfortable. However the electronic scheduling (big plus) and level of care was good even though the doctors and nurses always are in a hurry. I would go to Ruby again but the hospitality here could be better.
