Best ice creek and cheese in the whole wide world!!

Delicious, decidedly popular with the locals (and that's not just on campus students) and with very good reason. The ice cream is very rich and tasty, the portions are very generous - no dainty scoops here - and they have some great flavors (loved the apple pie crisp!).
And...don't go without trying the amazing Cougar Gold cheese - wow!

Ferdinand's a nice ice cream shop. The place is pretty tiny and just like everywhere else in Pullman there really isn't anywhere to park except for a few metered spots but I suppose most people would be walking there anyways. The ice cream is definitely the best ice cream I have ever had though. I highly recommend the cappuccino chip or huckleberry ice cream.

Here for mom's weekend. We and what seemed like 400 other mom/kid combos waited in line for their lemon/honey ice cream. Completely worth it! Absolutely delicious. I hope this isn't just an option for this weekend, because we plan on trying to get some when we come back to pick up the kid!

fast service and the BEST cheese and ice cream. my boyfriend and his dad had the milkshakes and they loved those as well. cant go wrong with anything here! everything is so tasty. they also sell honey and seasonings. cheese comes in little bite size baggies, wedges, and cans.

A premier dairy/ice cream shop on WSU campus. Ice cream is rich and wonderful. You don't want to question how many calories in the ice cream; only enjoy it. Expresso and coffee is available as is Cougar gold cheese. They now have some sausages as well and fresh milk. If so desired you can watch the cheese making room. This is all made by the food service students on the WSU campus. Be aware that parking is limited and at certain times like Mom's weekend tge lines are long but well worth the wait. The cheese is of such quality and taste that people frequently buy large quantities of it. I usually bring home 10 cans or more at a time as I take orders at work. If going anywhere in tge Pullman Moscow area it is well worth going.

Best fudge milkshakes in the world and the cheese -- dill garlic in particular--is to die for.
We take it to foreign countries as hostess gifts--big hit.

Got the 3 gallon box of ice cream then drove home to Spokane, no cooler and it made it without melting. Great ice creame, I will be getting more when in Pullman again. I got the cookie dough, never seen so many cookie dough chuncks in the ice creame before, it was loaded.

Had some cheese and ice cream from the shop, and both were wonderful! The prices are higher than typical, but you're getting a great product. We'll be coming back soon!

It's the best ice cream I've ever had. I recommend to try their vanilla ice cream, the texture is very smooth and silky, and the taste itself very creamy and milky.

Can't go wrong here ,good cheese, rich ice cream, best prices, and it supports our school. Keep in mind that on game days and special weekends hours are extended but you might have to wait in line

The ice cream here is so good. I don't mind paying a higher price to get it. There is a lot of stuff on the menu as well if you do not feel like buying ice cream. They can do deliveries for events and have special deals at times for students.

Fresh Ice Cream and Cougar Gold, how could anyone say no?! They were working on packing cheese into tins when I was in last. Viewing room is fun when you catch them making some cheese.

Definitely worth planning to show up during their limited hours, the ice cream made on-site is delicious!

Very creamy ice cream. They have parking meters so you have to pay for parking to buy ice cream.

Both their ice cream and their cheese are the best you'll find. The customer service is generally not the highest quality, but friendly enough. The worst part of the business is their hours of operation. They are only open until 5 and only M-F. That's the worst business plan I have ever heard of.
