Second time staying in this hotel, same experience like the first one last year, amazing with the front service being really nice and helpful and the waitresses in the breakfast smiling.

An inexpensive choice just 15 minutes walk to the city centre. I booked a superior room with view but to be honest it wasn't much of a view as it was so far in the distance. The room itself was nothing special but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Decent bathroom with walk-in shower. One thing let the experience down for me was returning to my room to find one towel had been remnoved and I had now only one large towel and one small. As a solo traveller this is the one thing that's really likely to upset me. If I wanted to stay in an Airbnb I'd book one but I stay in hotels because it's the little extras I appreciate such as more than one towel. Hotels are loosing out to Airbnb so need to find ways to differenciate themselves and need to continue to provide the little extras such as plenty of towels for guests for a more enhanced experience.

Clean and spacious rooms. The conference center is equipped with several classrooms. The restaurant offers excellent choices for both lunch and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are adequate, the breakfast varied and delicious. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a very good gym and a small rooftop jacuzzi. The city is within walking distance about 15 minutes.

Quiet area with nice walk through porticos into town centre (15 mins). Couldn't fault it! Beautiful king size double bed, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.

Spacious and modern rooms, everybody is very friendly. The terrace with jacuzzi has extremely beautiful view on the city.

The underground parking is very useful and not a lot expensive.

I was in this structure (for work) for the first time, what to say excellent structure, new, well organized and just minutes from the center. Even my little one was happy.

Excellent structure of recent construction, in a residential area not far from the university city and the Policlinico Sant'Orsola, adjacent to an hourly multi-storey car park and with places affiliated with the hotel. Frequented mainly by international tourist and business customers. Excellent value for money. Attentive, efficient and courteous staff. Spacious and bright rooms, in my case "personalized" by the Argentine cartoonist Liniers: he immediately put me in a good mood. Very comfortable king size bed. Continental breakfast varied and abundant in a room among the branches of the trees. I could not try the lounge bar, restaurant and fitness room in the attic; next time. Two notes: the directions on arrival are not clear (the entrance appears to be on a road reserved for public transport and the navigator misses the access road); special rate parking not expensive, but included in the rate would be better. I think I'll come back.

Relatively new room, well resolved, good cleaning, however the bathtub did not fill because the drain cover did not seal. Front desk efficient, yet protocol. Except for very few exceptions, do not expect sympathy in the service, especially bar and restaurant. Good and varied breakfast, worth what they charge.

Large room but very uncomfortable badly marked where everything is. Speak little to no English and with breakfast you have to ask everything or staff will put on your plate. When it is busy they do too many things at once while you are there waiting for your breakfast. Nice city which is close to the hotel and very cozy

Good hotel, quiet rooms and a very extensive breakfast. The latter in particular is not evident in Italy. The roof terrace offers great views of the city. Only downside: location, namely just outside the old city center.

Fantastic location, great size beds for that good nights sleep. Sumptuous breakfasts and friendly staff make this a great place to stay when visiting Bologna.

Very spacious and clean rooms, equipped with every comfort and helpful and competent staff for any eventuality.
Located in a very convenient area, 15 minutes walk from the center.
The property also offers the possibility to park in the adjacent parking garage for 13 a day.
Small gym but with tools in very good condition and really well maintained. Very impressive roof garden with beautiful views of the city and its towers.

Comfortable, clean and well-ventilated rooms, modern furnishings, the center is easily accessible and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks good, was nice and clean. The jacuzzi and roof garden are wonderful to hang out after a walk in the city. Only minor thing: although we stayed in a superior room, I found it quite noisy: due to street noise (cleaning dumpsters at midnight and 06 o'clock) and other guests. Breakfast is good, friendly staff and great parking facilities

Hotel is amazing. Food is out of this world. Only 7 euro taxi ride from the train station (or a 20 walk but I m lazy) staff is wonderful. Room service is shocking inexpensive. Bed is huge and super comfy. Highly recommend

Very close to the old town a nice modern clean and fresh luxury hotel with large rooms and bathrooms and all the facilities you would expect. The walk from the covered parking to the hotel is a little off putting especially at night and the roof area had a jacuzzi but no bar which was a bit soulless and disappointing. Breakfast was good and well organised but chose to go into town to dine in the evening rather than use the restaurant.
