We've lived in a rental property for 4 years now. In general, I'd give an average rating. It's everything you might expect. Nothing outstanding with service, but nothing really bad to report.

Had an appt with Richard Gibson to see a home we were more than needing to rent if possible. We tried to arrange to meet with him but he couldn't until tuesday... but we couldnt that day so had it for Saturday. Then I receive a text today that it was rented even well before Tuesday when he originally offered to meet. Why keep taking appts to view when you already have been taking in applications your considering already? I feel like my Hope's were crushed before being given a fair chance to apply. Most places I've rented from have a time frame for accepting applicants and viewing...then they close that time frame...review and choose. I found this to be both rude and unprofessional.

Our experience with WSR has been smooth. All matters have been taken care of promptly and properly. I am sure our property manager Ana has played an important part in this. Ana is great! We followed her from another property management firm and we absolutely trust her. She will deliver what she promises and you can not go wrong with her looking after your property.
