The people at the Apartment complex they are excellent, they do their best, but the people at the approval department are, bad people, the ask for paper that not even the high class apartment complex ask for, not even buying a house ask for paper that they ask, is ridiculous and you call the approval dept.main offices to discuses the matter they say the will call you back, but the don,t no professionalism.....

One of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. We were tenants of Turtle Pointe Apartments in Houston for a period of five months. We left our apartment in meticulous condition, had initially paid three months rent upfront, and were very careful about paying all our other bills on time. We ensured that we deposited an extra amount in our last rent's payment to cover the few days we would be staying in July. Upon moving out, we were charged an extra $85 late fee. When we made contact with the assistant manager to ask about this, he said he would get back to us. He never did. We called back several times afterwards to first receive confirmation that he was in the office, only to be told after our call was transferred that he was (very conviently) in a meeting, or had just stepped out. The assistant manager has not made any contact or returned our calls since. We contacted WRH Realty, who manages the site, and were informed that the Regional Manager would make contact within 24 hours. Weeks thereafter, after still having had no one return our call, we called back to leave another message for the Regional Manager. Still no call back. Contrary to the voice message one is greeted with upon calling, our call was clearly not important to Turtle Pointe, nor indeed to WRH Realty. When we called a third time on 22 August (almost four weeks later) and left a voice message indicating that the Regional Manager had still not gotten back to us concerning our complaint about Turtle Pointe management, we received a call from her. The treatment we received was one of the most unprofessional, and indeed indelicate, that we have ever been subjected to in our professional and personal lives. Upon voicing our complaint concerning the unfair payment that we believed we had been charged, and the childish, discourteous treatment that we were given afterwards by Turtle Pointe management, the Regional Manager asked, to our absolute astonishment, what would 'satisfy' us! We politely responded that we were not in a position to tell her how to do her job. She even went as far as to state most condescendingly that she had called us on her day off (as though we oought to be grateful for such a grand gesture!) And all this after waiting almost a month to hear back from her in the first instance! Such brazenness on the part of someone in the position of Regional Manager was nothing short of appalling. What is more, she said most angrily that she would be mailing out a cheque to us the very next morning, before abruptly hanging up us. This refund has still not arrived. There seems here to be a deeper culture of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills that not only does WRH Realty a great disservice, but which regrettably seems to have filtered down to Turtle Pointe Management. A great shame!

Stephen, Clive, Camilo , Ed, Aleph and not to mention all the wonderful managers have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. The always put there staff and tenants first.

Incompetent, unprofessional.

Im a tenant of BC Tampa (WRH). Be suspicious of every move they make. I don t know if they re game is incompetence, or outright fraud, but they re sketchy, not a good landlord to deal with. I suspect incompetence.

Great property tho. It s a shame. Could have been resolved with a little reason, and common sense. At this point, I would rather pay a lawyer, than pay them.
