We highly recommend Kim Clifton, Property Manager, Windermere Property Management in Kent, WA. After some health issues, my husband and I were no longer capable of renting and maintaining our house in the Renton area. We hired Kim. What a great decision. During the 3 years Kim oversaw the management of our rental; she found good tenants, provided necessary maintenance, completed necessary paperwork, and all-in-all made our life so very much easier. When calamity struck (septic issues and a tree falling through the house during a wind storm) Kim went beyond the call of duty to cope with the situation. She always dealt with any fallout on our behalf with courtesy and professionalism. We owe her a lot of gratitude. If you re looking for a good Property Manager we highly recommend Kim Clifton.

Elaine Dial has managed my rental property for many years. She has consistently found me excellent tenants who stay long term and take great care of the property. I rely on Elaine to take care of everything to do with the house and tenants. She responds quickly and has the resources and contractors to take care of any problem that has come up. We have so appreciated Dawnette Fletcher and her team at WPM South. For the past 3+ years she has been our property manager. She promptly responds to phone calls and requests. If there's an urgent need, she will mobilize the proper response team within the same day. We've always been treated with kindness, respect and a professionalism that ensures both the tenants and owners rights are properly represented.
Everyone In the office is very on top of everything. All of my experience with the employees in this office have been great. Will definitely be using them more in the future.
My husband and I were very disappointed with the way they conduct their business. We were interested in rental (town house Kent, WA area for $1695), the lady gave us a tour of the unit. Our first impression was she was not welcoming! The unit was posted available for May 10th, when I asked her to confirm she said it s available for May the 1st. After we left the tour I double checked the post and I was right it was posted for May the 10th. I sent her an email with the screenshot, she replied I will correct it and says the rate is $1745 I replied you mean $1695 and her response was now it s $1795!!! All this happened in the matter of one hour, we felt like it was a pure discrimination we are truly disappointed. It might be the person we dealt with or this might be the way they do their business but, there are hundreds of companies that do their job with honesty and drama free. I would really like to post the screenshot of the emails but, my morals wouldn t allow me. If you reading this review you know who you are and try to be more professional next time!! Don t let people s accent and color bias you!!! You just missed a decent and hard working client.
WPM is full of many years of experience and its evident in their wealth of knowledge. The agents keep it professional while forming a lasting relationship with you. Their honesty and integrity in their work is hard to come by and they really make you feel like a part of the family. Would highly recommend!
After a horrible experience with a local property management company I contacted Windermere. What a difference! We worked with Kymberlee who was a complete professional! She was kind, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. When she said she was going to do something she did it! She communicated with us giving us updates consistently. She helped us find great renters for our home. We are very happy! Call her you won't regret it!
We have been renting from WPM South for almost 5 years. Dawnette is an amazing person to work with! She has gone over and beyond when our property needed to be serviced or we had issues. Every single time, she was in top of having the issue serviced within a timely manner! There is no other person I d rather work with when renting in this area!
I ve been a contractor-vendor for Dawnette for at least 10 years. Her team always paves the way for us by providing detailed service requests and informing tenants that we ll be coming and what we ll be doing. She s also referred us to several other Windermere managers, allowing us to develop long term relationships with them as well.
