Great facilities, especially the bio selection at breakfast and lunch. Conference rooms are very good as well with sufficient natural light

Good hotel. Rooms somewhat small especially for 2 people, sink and space in the bathroom on the tight side, makes shaving difficult. Breakfast, lunch and dinner excellent. Very friendly staff.

A delightful hotel located in the reserve. In the heart of the park.
There was a feeling that was in the castle. The incredible beauty of nature and architecture. All attendants complement this luxury.
Walking through the park saw hares, fawn, hawk, and many different birds.
The hotel was at a conference. All technical support was provided by the hotel. Very comfortably.

The hotel is in a great location and in a beautiful wooded area. Unfortunately, our visit was not entirely satisfactory. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay. This would be according to the corona rules. Unfortunately we found clothes from our predecessor in a closet. This is certainly not possible in corona time. Furthermore, the service has suffered unnecessarily and severely under their own corona protocol, which is more like a cutback. Shame about a nice, large hotel at this location.

This was an amazing gem in the woods. The original building at the turn of the century was a church and buildings from the parish. It now has been changed and built-up to be a big hotel and conference place in the woods. It has fabulous trails for walking or biking. The hotel will arrange mountain biking for guests. It's in a beautiful town that looks like a national park but with houses that are mansions on large properties. The hotel was extremely hospitable. The lounge was very quiet and relaxing. They offered a great breakfast buffet with the stay. Our was a little small but had everything we needed. I was a bit disappointed with the shower. It had no door which was supposed to be a cool design thing but the shower was too small for that so the water kept running out the door and onto the floor of the bathroom and we would have to sop up the water with one of our room towels.....washing a hotel floor after I showered!!!! It was the only issue

Hotel location is super. In the middle of the woods. Bed is good but comforter I found too hot (thick and heavy) and very noisy (room 131) especially what happened outside. Cars driving on / off, talking people. And especially the rain that came in the rain gutter and downspout.

There for one week's conference. Good facilities. Lovely staff. Rooms small and functional. Woodland mice everywhere outside in evenings. Good grounds. Inspiring place to go for a run. Bike hire and good cycling area.

Hotel well cared for, neat rooms (this would be worth 4 stars). Only our door slammed all night. The connecting door of the corridor also closed fast. However, a minus point that at breakfast an hour before it would be finished, several things were not available.

The hotel is situated in the middle of a wood, surronded by nature...The surrounding is really relaxing and you get the impression to be far away from stress and hassles. The hotel is really stylish, very well designed and the interior is modern and sleek. The rooms are nice. The service is really great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We would always chose the Woudschoten again and would definitely recommend it

Beautiful location with mediocre kitchen staff. Breakfast and lunch fine, but dinner only shows and has little taste. Does not do justice to the beautiful surroundings and building.

Surrounded by one of the Netherlands' only remaining three primal forests, this place is old and breathes sophistication. Attuned to large amounts of visitors at once, their level of service is commendable. Clean, Organized, Experienced. Ask for a tour of the building and be surprised at all the nooks and crannies of this marvelous piece of architecture. It's been around for a while, and I'm sure it will stick around for much longer.

A beautiful conference center in a beautiful park. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. Alss hotel is ok for 1 night, but not for a longer stay. The rooms are very small, no wardrobe to hang clothes in and a simple, non-adjustable shower. The distance to walk to the huge breakfast room is too long. The breakfast is ok.

Friendly staff and nice service. Only miss a swimming pool here.

This weekend we went to a 2-day GP retraining. Room simple. It was very unpleasant to be awakened on a Sunday morning around 6 am by a lot of noise, which turned out to be caused by a broken boiler. The next unpleasant surprise was literally a cold shower (because boiler / boiler was broken)
Naturally, this was reported at the reception, where at that time a number of people reported this. It would have been nice if in particular the inconvenience caused by the lack of hot water had been compensated in any way, instead of some meager apologies.
Perhaps a tip is to mount the otherwise very small TV right in front of the bed and not in a corner of the room. This is not really comfortable to watch.
The hotel looked well maintained and good attention was paid to the Corona rules.
Plus point is certainly the free parking.

Beautiful property, lovely staff! Quite pricey, but the surroundings are worth it. I recommend an early morning walk along one of the trails on the property!

Overall I think Woudschoten one of the best conference center of our country. Only when it is very busy is parking space too limited.

Not quite my style, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Etjes Nits, nice breakfast, great location for 1 night

When we arrived at our room, we found a bathroom with a huge smell (pit smell). After calling the reception, the solution was to set up all the taps. We couldn't get another room as they were fully booked. Opening the taps wasn't a great solution, because the air didn't get much better. Disappointing.

The breakfast was also of a questionable level. Besides that there was little choice, the scrambled eggs and bacon were ice cold and uneaten.

All in all, not a fantastic experience and certainly not worth repeating if the service is so bad that they don't serve customers properly. Hygiene should have priority 1 in a hotel .... Apparently not here.

This is reasonable-priced conference hotel in the middle of the forest. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of bars /restaurants and areas where you can sit and enjoy or do some work with business partners.
Nice breakfast area and good food selection.
Staff is excellent, tryifng to serve all your needs.

Quiet very nice area close to the zeisterbos and also not far from the center everything can be done on foot. Extensive tasty breakfast. We will be back.

Wouldn't book again, beautiful setting but as a hotel is underperforming, too stiff and austere.

Nice location, superb surrounded with forest. A bit tight up staff, service nowhere to be found. The certainly not during dinner.

"Lured" with a relatively low price, but without an upgrade it appears that staying in a musty basement in a bizarre small room, just not an option ...

After the upgrade we were offered (without excuse) a more luxurious hotel room. Small bathroom, hard bed, impersonal atmosphere in a large conference hotel, where we fortunately praised that we arrived late and had to leave early.

Friendly staff and a beautiful location. Unfortunately, as in every hotel nowadays, loose beds so that you end up between the beds if you want to lie against each other.

Beautifully situated, beautifully restored, friendly receptionist. Unfortunately I was wrong and had to go to a different location.

A lovely place. Where service, a smile and feeling at home is as important as being a professional. I travel worldwide to lead courses, this is my favourite place. Happy to come back each time AND so are the participants. They love it that it's possible to go for a walk in the forest after they've enjoyed their lunch!

Great hotel with friendly staff! Breakfast was well arranged. Rooms were fine (one room was a bit more spacious than the other) but it was clean and a lovely shower!

Very nice location, good rooms, but unfortunately difficult to reach by public transport. After 6 p.m. it is a 30-minute walk through the forest to the nearest bus stop. It is very easy to reach by car.

Outside but not too far from the center of Utrecht, easy to access very clean in a breathtaking setting. International cuisine but very good.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is very nice, located in the middle of a forest. Lots of open space to walk. The room had no air conditioning and in the shower the water overflows, but that's not too bad. The restaurant and buffet staff were very helpful, efficient and kind. Unfortunately, the girls at the reception were rude.
