Not good place , loading takes forever... even if you have an appointment.
wasted my time here... so sad.

I dont know if I got lucky, but i called in the day before my appointment. I asked if I could get unloaded that day before and they said if they were still at the warehouse they would. I pulled in as they were leaving the warehouse and they came back and unloaded me. They are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me!

Easy enough to find. But getting backed into a dock is tight quarters and they usually have you drop and unhook from it.

They also have a warehouse at 650 Capitol Dr SW in Cedar Rapids across from the Casey s. It is brand new. Lots more room and easy to maneuver around in. Friendly people. Don t bother showing up early, they go by appointment. I would recommend an early appointment as they are very slow unloading, which delays everyone else coming in later that day. I ve been here for almost 4 hours and am still getting unloaded.

I put one star because they don't receive early just by appointments came at 5 a.m. but my appointment was at 2:30 p.m. So she made me wait. She told me they were very busy but there were no trailers on docks.

Hour before appointment waited 3 hours to get empty.

Appointment for 8am. Docked at 8:18am. Empty at 9am. Outstanding!!!!!

Very friendly staff..great experience..got there before my appt., they put me in a door right away...had me loaded and out of there before my appt...not sure about overnight parking...I didnt need it during my visit

Recently visited here & was appalled at the lack of social distancing. Groups of people standing very close together & using gloved hands to touch their face & pull down their masks. What's the point?!

They took me 2 hrs before my appt time and loaded me within an hour. Thank you!

Usually pretty quick to unload. Can t show up much before your appointment as there isn t much room to park. There is a drop lot out behind the warehouse building to stage in.

Office people was nice but the guys who unloaded me left my trailer a complete mess, the worst I've ever seen it!!! Horrible how they treat us drivers. ... I've seen drivers pull trailers in the middle and sweep everything on the ground just take. Look at the photos.....

Show up on time for pickup to be told your time got changed to 3 hours later but you can back into a door and wait. Then there is no bathrooms. What do they want you to do? Inhumane At least have a porta potty for drivers is you are going to make them wait for hours

I app was for 11 am i came 9:35 they took me in no problems...nice people..very tide parking tho..

Poor training. Poor management. A whole bunch of inexperienced people that don t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional and weak. I left with a bad impression.
