I have been a demanding WorldSpice customer for 8+ years now. Network, power and cooling is critical to my operations. WorldSpice has been top notch and delivered higher than anticipated service. A few times I have called them to help out with my hardware issues and they jumped to it. Notice, these issues were not with their service, but general hardware issues we all run into from time to time.

I have personally met many of the technicians in their data-center. All of them are professional and seem to have a genuine care about their job and customers. That is half of what has kept me there. The other is that their network is just solid.

I have a backup with Amazon AWS and have actually experienced more technical downtime with them. Pretty impressive and right here at home! Great job WorldSpice.

Miles Mason Family Law Group used Worldspice for internet for 12 years, and VOIP for 4 years. I can tell you that during those years, we did not have any issues that were not first detected by Worldspice and second, handled by the best technicians around. Their customer service is 24/7, and each tech working has your information quick and is able to give you feedback immediately. If there is a problem, many times they can help you while you are on the phone with them. We never had any issues with our phone system! Our firm highly recommends Worldspice Technologies!

I ve been a Worldspice client for 7 years. They ve never been great a customer service in general, and in all reality you can get the same internet circuit they offer from at least 4 other providers (yes at every address they service) much cheaper and faster. However recently they have taken abysmal customer service to a whole new level. For any if you looking at hosting servers with them you should know- they have been completely down for 5 days straight, and worse they have provided NO information or updates to their clients during this time. I would recommend you proceed with EXTREME caution if you are considering using Worldspice- or better yet save yourself pain and find another vendor!

I have used WorldSpice for over 10 years in my former business, as well as in my current business (now at three locations)! The uptime of their service is unmatched, and the level of customer service is like no other. Calling a phone or ISP company and a live person answers (no auto attendant)?! YES!! Make the switch....they will make it easy on you and you'll be glad you did!

We chose WorldSpice to provide Precision Air Conditioning & Heating's T-1 VoIP service because of their superior customer service. It's a locally owned business that believes in having humans for tech support (without sending you through push button hell to reach someone who still can't help) You won't regret having chosen WorldSpice for a single minute. Big companies, like the one we used for over a decade, can't and don't care about you like the people of WorldSpice. Also, ignore that they are only "open" during certain hours - they are always available for customers who need them.

Worldspice has helped our business with daily operations and were there for us during a time of great need and urgency during network issues and needs of increasing functionality due to covid-19 and remote learning. The support is responsive and in a timely manner. You can trust them to be the experts in network technologies.
