World War 2 Game Review

Somewhat small older store but the guy behind the counter while I was there (Cody) was knowledgeble, patient with customers, and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Definitely recommend.

Just next to Safeway and Popeyes, Gamestop manages to appear rather small but offers what a complete game shop will look like.

My grandson's are going to send me into chapter 11 because of this place..

Bad , unprofessional when I approach the guy he didn't even help me look for VR games this is the only place it sucks , it's a shame , this guy represent the company and he is not the owner and should respect everyone equal . Please review his performance , Video cameras won't lie !

The owner of this location would not honor the purchase agreement set forth by his own employee, wherein I prepaid for a system upgrade. When I showed up to exchange my system for the upgraded system, the owner said that the receipt did not reflect the agreement, and then tried to convince me to pay again.

I'm disappointed in the costumer service the man is rude and he yelled I wont buy from this store again

Great store found everything a i needed and it didnt require me to interact with other people in the store to get what i was looking for like other places

If you need to drop in and buy something without a hassle this is the place to go. The staff is friendly but also very efficient. I hate waiting in a long line and watching a cashier just yap it up. 5 stars.

They helped me a lot with finding the game i wanted and told me to go to a different GameStop if they didnt have the game in stock.

4 stars for the staff and location. But the inventory is a bit lacking, and it doesn't update very often. The pricing is also weird, we saw a brand new game that cost 19.99, and the pre-owned one was the same price.

This Gamestop is ok. I came in one day to make a gigantic Skylanders purchase and I asked them if they had the promotion going on, and the sales person told me I had to buy product in order to get them. I responded that that is definitely not a problem, I just wanted to know if they have the promo items, which he then repeated that I have to make a purchase first guessing that maybe I didn't understand him the first time. I replied to him stating that I have no problem spending over $200 right not, I just need to know if they have the promo items or not. It took a couple of seconds for him to register what I was saying, or maybe he just gave up on trying to explain something that I already knew. They had the items, and I dropped over $300 on Skylanders just because they had the promo items. Had they not had the promo items, I wouldn't have spent a dime in that shop.

They sell video games and also a lot of junk associated with them. I really like the games, but could live without the junk personally. I guess there is a market for it though.

One of the nicest Gamestop's around. Super friendly people and the store is huge!

Love this Gamestop the employees are so knowledgeable. Downfall the dang parking lot is so small and always full because you have The UPS store, Popeyes Chicken and Caffino the drive thru coffee spot.

I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff has always been welcoming, even though I am mostly interested in the old games for obsolete gaming systems.

They patiently answer my questions and there is no awkwardness over my lack of gaming knowledge.

I also appreciate their honesty when asked about certain popular games. I don't ever feel like they are only there to take my money.

Funko pop are to expensive like $20 for 1 is less on line for $7 OVER ALL its ok

Excellent GameStop location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I enjoy coming to this specific location in the bay for the friendly advice I receive from staff on newly released games.

Went there to kill time while waiting at Popeyes, it's pretty standard for game stop, the cashier was knowledgeable and helpful and the store was very clean

Always a great Gamestop to go to! They sugg3st what you need to play and want to play! Friendly staff that is quite talkative,even while they complete their daily tasks. I enjoy coming here over other Gamestops even, due to the knowledgeable and friendly associates! Richard and Mark run a good team!!!

Gamestop is the terrible place to make purchases at. Not good employees could make perception of this fact much worse.

So not a fan anymore. Didn't get my pre-order bonus figurines 3 times in a row.

Worst customer service ever. This gamestop would not honor there sale agreement. They will make to buy protection plan claiming item would be exchanged. However would not even acknowledge the request.
Save yourself time, go to different location because this gamestop customer service is absolute rubbish.

When I walked in this store, noone acknowledged or greeted me. Then one person went in the back... I was in the for about 3 minutes until a couple walked in, and they were immediately helped. I was in the store for about 10min... I put merchandise back that I was going to buy. I spend a substantial amount of money at gamestop, I been to gamestop's being CRAZY busy and they always greet their customers. I guess here... they have an issue with greeting everyone equally.

Will not be buying from gamestop locally any more because of my experience with this store. Web phone staff were extremely helpful but this particular local store the manager (Amoody?) and one employee (Stephan) were extremely rude to me, they hung up on me twice and refused to cancel my pre-order.

Great place to get your favorite games. It would be better if they didnt put the POPs stacked so high though.

I miss the Sunnyvale cherry orchard store but this location is usually decently stocked

Gamestop is one of those places that you can't avoid, nothing really good about the franchise but it's what we've got

I really like this gamestop.. when they suggest games to buy, they only ask you once. I've been to some stores that just won't take no for an answer. Also, it's never that busy here so I'm usually in and out to pick up my preorders

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always helpful and welcoming when entering and in the store.

most games were sold out. Tried to exchange my console but the trade in value was wasy low for both games and console. $3 for my game for which i paid 50 bucks. No price match with amazon. Still you get to live the gamer's world once you are in there

Staff always seems angry to be working. Not helpful at all when asking about future releases and all of them give different answers
