Service of poor quality, after 2 calls with 10 minutes of waiting hang up. After trying 4 times, I spoke to the customer support and the person the message we get is different, suggestion check another service.

It is incredible how in the face of an urgent need to be without an e-mail service, the contact phone answers and hangs up, I do not remember the password to access the customer area, so I cannot send a support ticket and there is no alternative to recover the password. .
I have deadlines to meet today and I can't access emails to respond.
This is a serious situation and shows a total lack of attention to the customer and even total irresponsibility.

Lousy service, not to recommend. They remove comments from facebook, they don t answer questions, tickets are canceled, it s just ridiculous.
For wp, even free is expensive. Watch out for this company. Let's see if they can also be removed from the complaints book.

What a disappointment! They claim to be the largest Portuguese company in domains and accommodation and the service they provide is really miserable. I gave 1 in the evaluation, but if there was a scale starting at zero, that would be the value. The phone number they have on the website to call is always busy or when they finally get to call, they have no useful information to pass on. I had the unfortunate idea of accepting the suggestion of a technology provider to put my accommodation on Dominios and I tried this 1 month and I don't want to renew it ... website always down, when I had even put more memory and speed than I had advised ... they don't work after 6 pm or on weekends and they left the site without me, due to their mistake since Friday at the end of lunch ... today is Monday after lunch and they haven't even bothered yet go to see the ticket they had on Friday saying that the problem continued ... that is, concern for the ZEEEEEERO customer. I'm really outraged!
