It was just okay. I was expecting more specialized items with Curious George featured. I did find a book where George and his friend Kareem celebrate Ramadan, but everything else was pretty run of the mill. Lots of toys and books. Cool if you have small children.

It was so fun to be in there. They have a lot of the old books I loved to read and a lot of new books as well. Lots of toys, trinkets, and educational material.
If your child is even remotely into Curious George, you must take them here. Even if they aren't, or are only minority aware of this story there are activities/toys for them to try and other books too. They even have a story time there that is relaxed and every child.is welcome to join in at anytime!
Interesting concept and great place to stop by. Only complaint is that they could carry more Curious George books. There were lots of other books and toys for children.
Great collection of gifts for fans of Curious George, potential and new readers. Wide selection of other books of all sizes, shapes, age and level. All kinds of games and puzzles and a selection of clothes for little ones. Great location at Harvard Square. We were greeted by a very helpful young man who answered each and every question. He helped us in our selection. Unfortunately, the cashier refused to take an "old" hundred without the "stripe" because others had given them counterfeit bills. Luckily we had a "new" hundred but were given a torn twenty in our change ,haha. The cashier tried to unbend the bill but the edge had been cut off. Karma karma karma she gave us a good twenty dollar bill. ;-)
What a great store if you're a fan of Curious George! I enjoyed as a little kid the books and classic animated series (the one with minimal animation that left more to our imagination). I first discovered it a couple of years ago and made a mental note of it for when I needed a gift. Little did I know that I would be heading back multiple times to find story books and toys for my little daughter. You'll find a great selection of stuff not only from Curious George but others as well. A great variety of stuffed toys. If you are looking for party supplies CG-themed, then this is your place. Prices vary but don't expect it to be 'cheap' or too expensive. They even charge for the bag, which would have been ok if the bag was special, but it's just a plastic bag with a sticker on it. They used to sell the yellow hat, but it got sadly discontinued. There is just one left in the store for display and photo opportunities. Small place but I've never seen it crowded.
This is a cute little place packed with kids stuff. If you like curious George, this is like heaven! Other than curious George, they have some good collection of toys, crafting, books and clothes. The staff is friendly and warm. The price is slightly higher but not too much. You get some discount if you are faculty in Harvard.
Definitely a great place for all Curious George lovers! Plenty of books, toys, and memorabilia, and pretty cool things that are unique to Boston (like Harvard t-shirts with George painting on them, etc). My kids love it all!
Lots of fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of games, toys and books for Curious George,Dr. Suess and others. Really enjoyed our visit. Found the perfect gift for our granddaughter.
