I went to JouJou for a bridal trial and bridal appointment. Cree is an artist that worked her magic on my natural hair and makeup. She also made my mother and sister look fabulous on my wedding day applying this make up for the day. I could not have found a better hair salon in the GTA to do such a professional job. This is the best experience I've had at a hair salon period. Thank you Cree for making me shine bright on my wedding day.
Love this place. Staff is friendly and professional. Sheron gave me a deep condition and silk press and my hair looked amazing. It was so shiny and bouncy. Ive referred friends & family and will definitely come back!

Hair service was satisfactory however I was overcharged and the business owner refused to honour the price they quoted or provide me with a refund.
Awful awful awful! TWICE JouJou Hair Studio told me that my stylist was overbooked and couldn't accommodate the appointment I made AND confirmed weeks in advance. Just today I was told that my appointment in 2 days (that was booked weeks ago) could not be honored because the stylist was overbooked. I am going to my brother's wedding in FLORIDA in 3 days. Where am I supposed to go and get my hair done in this short notice?! Unprofessional, unsympathetic, and disorganized messed this salon is. I love LORRI, she is an amazingly sweet and talented stylist but the way this place is setup and runs is a complete waste of my time. I WILL NOT be returning again.

Jou Jou understands naturally Curly hair! They encouraged me to stop using relaxer because frankly I didn t need it for my type of hair - despite the different textures across my head. With the right products, I stopped relaxing over 3 years ago now. And I have not looked back! My hair is so much healthier now. And less fragile in summer months because it s all natural. Love Lorri - one of curly hair specialists!!! She also does colour and great styling - wash and go!
Lori did my hair and it was the best cut I have ever received. They also introduced me to new hair products which did wonders for my hair. Will definitely be going back to them for my next cut and colouring.
