Really impressed by after sales services and plans.

They take several days and instead problem not solved. They even close their complaint ticket without knowing whether problem is solved.
many times in every day there connection is lost.
It cannot happen that that u do work smoothly when u have Worldphone

Worst internet ever i used. And the service they provide is more then worst. I purchase 50 MBps internet but they are not providing me atleast 1 mbps. I am highly recommend you not use this internet. Spectranet internet service provider is far more better them world phn.

It is quite amazing experience with World Phone Internet. We are using the same since last two years. We found world phone services effective as compare to the other service provider. For any kind of issues they have appointed a dedicated relationship manager to resolve the same. Thanks for the services.

very worst networks ....we have 4 Mbps lease line but we get 0.90 download / Upload 0.15 kbps.

One of the best service provider i came accross. Their technical support is well trained to understand customer issue and work towards its resolution. Even during the lockdown situation, they are providing full support to the customers towards resolution of their technical issues.

Thier android app is also well equipped with the features needed by the customer to raise issues, account information and other valuable information...

They have a wonderful service...and it little bit expensive but have a good speed on fiber...they are the best in Ajit vihar burari area....compare to others...

Not at all good experience. They don't intent to improve their quality of service. Every time when i raise the ticket for speed down then a executive calls me regarding the speed check and all of sudden from no where speed comes. I will instead recommend nextra service provider. They are really good in their services.

I simple loved their service with nice downloading speed n uploading speed.

Internet service is down from last 30 hrs in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, at this critical time of lockdown. We have to work from home and they dont have an local engineer to serve in Indirapuram to solve the issue. It is shocking to hear they are not able to resolve this despite of the fact that they have 2000 cuatomers in this area. I am totally disappointed with this and was not expecting company to back out in such time. Very unfortunate.

I and RF team member Mr.Rakesh Kumar were working in Worldphone Internet Services Pvt Ltd on Field Engineer.
1.WPI HR side given terminated on 15/01/2018 6:50PM approx.for both Without Proff ,Without Police FIR and Without any warning Notice .
2.WPI Sr.V.Venket ,Sr.VP Kamlesh Kr,umar,AVP Ravinder Singh Rajput ,HR,Sangeeta Reen taken four person Regination to Four Employee (Rajeev Kuma,Rakesh Kumar,Vimal Sharma and Sushil Shukla) for same day on 15/01/2018.
3.Sushil Shukla and Vimal Sharma Of Regination were accepted through Sr.VP Kamlesh Kumar
4.Rakesh Kumar and Rajeev Kumar of Regination still no any action taken from AVP Ravinder Singh Rajput and Rupender Panday
5.Bad Management in this company

Worst in the world, even JIO is better than 10 MBPS leased line. Don't go for worldphone leaseline. The Support team will always show that you are using full bandwidth. The issue never resolves actually.

Pathetic company they are cheaters i asked ethernet port and first they said yes we can give so i complete all formalities and deposited 25000 rs and after 2 months they give optical port which not useful for us after that i call them and said u didn't fulfill my order they said yhi milega so said cancel my order I didn't need and refund my money now they didn't refund and give excuses

World Phone Internet Service is so annoying! There is a huge fluctuations in the speed of the service provider. I have registered for a 20 Mbps plan. I feel like I just lost my money in the first month and now for the second month. For the first month, I came to know that due to fire in wire, the service was interrupted and it has been solved now. They told me that it will not happen again and the service will not be interrupted anymore. I made the payment for the second month yesterday. Now since morning I am receiving the data speed of just 5 Kbps to 140 Kbps. I can't browse YouTube with this speed. The video does not play even at 144p. I have already complained several times for such issues. Now I'll have to quit from this provider. What's the use of taking broadband connection if you have to use your mobile data every time. Pathetic service!
