World Phone Internet Service is so annoying! There is a huge fluctuations in the speed of the service provider. I have registered for a 20 Mbps plan. I feel like I just lost my money in the first month and now for the second month. For the first month, I came to know that due to fire in wire, the service was interrupted and it has been solved now. They told me that it will not happen again and the service will not be interrupted anymore. I made the payment for the second month yesterday. Now since morning I am receiving the data speed of just 5 Kbps to 140 Kbps. I can't browse YouTube with this speed. The video does not play even at 144p. I have already complained several times for such issues. Now I'll have to quit from this provider. What's the use of taking broadband connection if you have to use your mobile data every time. Pathetic service!
