No lo recomiendo en absoluto he pedido unos tenis y me mandan en otro color y una talla mas de la que he pedido y no contesta una verguenza y dinero tirado ya que me quedan grandes

Cuidado con la página de la tienda “world of shoes”, de la que adjunto el logo que tienen en WhatsApp e instagram. Al parecer son de Portugal. Son unos estafadores, ahora entiendo el por qué cobran a contrareembolso.
He pedido un chándal para mi hija y lo que he recibido no tiene nada que ver con la imagen que publican en su página. La calidad es pésima y los acabados… vergonzosos. He intentado contactar con ellos para devolverlo y, a pesar de leer los mensajes y estar dentro de plazo, no responden. Le he puesto un comentario por instagram y directamente me han bloqueado. Totalmente decepcionada.

Recibí el pedido muy rápido pero las gazelle que pedí eran azules y no negras, que fue las que me mandaron, les escribí para hacer el cambio ya que negras no me gustan y sigo esperando. Mala atención al cliente, me dijeron hace 2 semanas que me las cambiaban y ni contestan el WhatsApp. Sigo con las negras en la caja sin estrenar esperando a que me hagan el cambio, aunque despues de 2 semanas dudo que lo hagan, no volvería a comprarles nada, prefiero pagar más y que me envien lo que pedí, el error fue suyo, no mio

Just been in Chesterfield wynsors and the manager went out of his way to help me find some trainers for my disabled son he was very friendly and nice really recommend them

Very good service today it's all new to staff but was pleased how they did the job right.GREAT.

Selection and variety of shoes is very limited, with a small range of sizes. Certainly not up to date fashions for boys or ladies. Very limited disappointing range of ladies shoes

Staff need to be more friendly, money ain't a problem but a few quid discount is polite, high streets are failing, we are your wages so the attitude displayed yesterday was poor if you were my staff you would be gone. Even halfords next More

Shopped here for years, always found a good price and great customer service even with returns, will continue to shop here for years to come :)

The selection is quite limited but the prices are good. The quality range is very varied, so you have to be quite picky, but it is possible to buy some good quality shoes from there at very reasonable prices.

overall the shop is not very appealing to look at and when inside it doesn't improve much . I have also found that if buying the cheaper range of shoes on offer they will only last my kids a couple of weeks so tend to buy more expensive ones which last longer ,but when it comes to school shoes find they lack the range of choice. Trainers are very short on choice as well . However the staff are polite ,helpful and extremely patient and have always got a smile and a hello for you when you enter the shop ,which for me is a big plus .

Done the dreaded school shoe shopping today with a 'prenagger' and 2 little ones, Jessica was helping me with sizing and picking styles.... She was amazing! A real credit to the store

Good sale section, struggled to find the right sizes for the kids. A little disorganised but helpful staff.

Cheap shoes, but they all seem very hard. Not enough selection in each size for little kids.

Got a wide range of stuff here which is great and its sectioned off reasonably well to help you find things easier but this shouldn't be an excuse to not have staff on the shop floor to provide assistance. some staff were genuinely busy but others were stood around talking to their colleagues and made it seem like it was a major chore to help you.
Good price for the products but some of the staff need training in customer service.

Visited the shop with my son and grandson .Bought trainers work boots and school shoes . Staff were excellant polite and quick to serve. Shoes etc prices very competitive and of good quality . A fantastic experience , well done

It's an excellent shop & you can pick up some good deals here, would highly recommend it to anyone who's after a decent pair of trainers/shoes.

Pleasant helpful staff. Sanitiser on entry. Not sure if any footwear that is tried on and not purchased is quarantined if needed. Would recommend for service and range of products. Good shared car park.

Got pair of sandals last Friday worn for 4 hours on holiday fell apart utter junk buckle snapped then straps came away worthless

Bought a pair of boots, wore them twice and the lining came out. Unfortunately I was on holiday at the time with no others to wear so bought a better pair from H&M and left the ones from Wynsors in the bin
