Worlds of Fun is a must see attraction! The rollercoasters and other ride are so much fun. Such an adrenaline rush! They also have shows and live performances. They have different areas named as different countries around the world with cuisine to much! They have other delicious eaterys and snack places too! Some of the food is a bit pricey, I do have to say. There is lots of walking, so comfy shoes are super necessary. Also lots of places to sit and rest as well. Pinic tables are located near the parking lots if you opt to bring a cooler in you vehicle. Coolers arent allowed inside. There is also a smaller park called Snoopy Land for small children. So much for all ages!

Went to Worlds of Fun after getting off work. Even though we didn't get there until 5:30 and the park closed at 8:00 this week, I had plenty of time to ride my favorites. I had a great time and my Gold pass was totally worth it. I also loved the new Timber Wolf.

The whole experience was awful. Multiple rides broke down with people stuck in them. Staff were not helpful and acted like this happens this way all the time. Like an everyday thing. No respect for the customers and their feelings. Staff were unprofessional. Food is way too expensive. Water features were filthy. I'm very disappointed

Packed when we went.. massive crowds hard to move anywhere packed.. the park has sold Fast Pass bracelets for awhile, we've purchased and sometimes opted not to, but find it frustrating some wait in line for 2 hours and some skip ahead. We went during Haunt and didn't notice as many 'creatures' out as I remember in years past. Always a fun time.

I might be saying this because I'm standing in the heat currently waiting in line for the mamba but world's of fun kind of sucks. There's no shade anywhere. The stores are the only places with ac. Not enough water fountains. Six flags in st. Louis is the same cost but at least they attempt to keep you cool!

Oh how I loved Worlds of Fun as a kid. Nkw that I'm a parent I did not hesitate to grab some season passes for my family of 6 so that they could live the magic as I did as child. My family had a good time and loved the rides. My only complaints was that I noticed that the park seemed to be somewhat in disrepair. While I know adding new attractions and maintenance on the current ones are not cheap. This park is starting to show it's age. It was to the point I didnt want the water from the "Fury of the Nile" to even touch my skin and it was an hot day. I hope that in the near future the park can patch up a few things with some paint and cleaning

We went for opening weekend of Winterfest. We had to wait 45 minutes just to get in and park but it was well worth the wait. Several rides were open, Christmas carolers throughout the park and the lights were spectacular!

It is a very fun and exciting ppace to spend time with yoir friends and family while enjoying rides and food you will love. Although it is an amazing place I felt as if they overpriced a lot of things such as clothing, food, water, and games. But despite those few problems it is a wonderful place.

Pretty expensive no doubt. But Going on all the rides was exciting. The ripcord is cool too if you don't mind forking over a little bit more money. There are a blend of culture themes in the park too. I do recommend starting a bit lower if you are new to theme parks. Try Spinning Dragons first. Then work your way up.

Here's a tip. GO EARLY. If you go when it first opens, you will be able to ride a few rides without much of a wait. You will also be able to reserve a lounge chair at Ocean's of Fun. By reserve, I mean put your towel or items on one to save it. Go early to Ocean's of Fun so that you can ride the tube slides next to the wave pool for an hour without a wait. Go to these first if you want to ride them. If you wait until 1 PM, on an average day, you will have an hour wait for the huge water slides. Go early to Worlds of Fun so that you can ride your favorite rides without much of a wait. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL 1 PM TO GO TO THESE PARKS. ALSO, if you do not have a season pass and you are from out of town or from in town for that matter, call up the park's main number and ask them if they have any large groups attending the park that day. We went on a Friday during May and there were tons of band and choir groups at the park. The lines were so long that we only went on 4 rides in 4 1/2 hours. We were exhausted from waiting in lines so long and it was so crowded, that we went home. They sent me a survey and I gave them zero stars and told them they should have an attendance meter on their website to show how many people have purchased tickets for that day / how crowded the park is. I never heard back from anyone. I was so angry. So listen, they don't care if it rains or thunders and you can't go on any rides. They don't care if the park is so crowded that you can't move and have to wait in hour or longer waits. SO CALL AHEAD AND ASK AND GO EARLY AND THEN YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. And here's another tip. Bring nothing valuable to the water park. Keep cash and/or credit cards in your pocket. Don't bring your phone if you care if you lose it unless you put it in a locker or a waterproof case or unless someone will be watching it for you.

It's been two years since our family's last visit. As a native Kansas Citian, I've been visiting this park since 1976 and never has it been so under-staffed, over-priced ($11 funnel cake?! $8 Cinnabun?! $15 sub-par 6-inch Subway combo?!).Underwhelming. It's clear they are trying to emulate Disney and Universal's upgrades (FastPass, All-Day Drink Refills) but $60 to skip ahead in line is insane. More than that, the Halloween "parade" is an unorganized and cheesy try at replicating Disney's parades. It was chaotic and dangerous. The restrooms were dirty and over-crowded while rides were running on a skeleton crew of ONE operator/attendant per ride, which made questionable safety and realllllly slow lines (unless you paid $60 on top of the $40 admission fee). After all these years, I'm disappointed. We won't be back.

20 dollar parking was a surprise to start off the day. Then the app to see wait times on the ride did not work at all. It claimed 5 or 10 min on all the rides and most took 30-45 min on a cold rainy day. Cool landscaping though.

This was our first time at the parks, and we really enjoyed them. Lots of rides of all types- big and small with something for everyone. having the water park attached was great, and you could go back and forth between the two. Plenty of attractions, and most of the park was well shaded. They were lacking misters/ coolers/ fans, which was very noticeable on a hot day. And the water park had little to cool off the cement- wear water shoes or flip flops so you don't burn your feet. The employees in some areas looked like they could use some help- a bit short staffed. But overall we really enjoyed the park, staying from open to close 2 days and having a great time on all of the rides, especially the coasters which they have a great selection of (2 adults, 2 college "kids" and one 12 year old)

Went to the Haunt for the first time last night and the experience could of been great but wasn't. The event runs from 7pm to 1am and your experience can be extremely limited based on the number of patrons in the park. We bought the Fright Lane passes at a cost higher than the admission to skip the lines for the haunts and on our very first one the Corn Stalkers we were turned away as they said Fast Haunt pass holders have an hour wait because there is a 2 hour wait for regular guest and we should come back later. We found long wait lines at other haunts as well that were 30 minutes to an hour. I won't be doing this again because the Fast Haunt passes were a waste of money and not honored by the park employees to improve the experiences of those who paid for the promised convenience.

Paid $270 for a family of six. We live 3hrs away and got there when they opened and at noon they close all the fun rides due to "maintenance." The biggest disappointment for my family. I will not take my kids to this place again.

Too expensive. Misleading commercial for prices. Says everyone pays children's prices which saves $2 if bought online. They should've said saves $20 if bought online. Rides not all working. Need painted.

Much like 6flags. If you don't mind hardcore rollercoasters then it's a place for you. For me personally the best ride is the viking boats and there's always a way too long line on this one - hence 4 stars instead of 5..
