Mixed feelings - some very kind and careful dentists and professionals work and consult in this practice but that is counterbalanced by the arrogant professor. He couldn't care less for me as a patient and honestly I don't think he knew what he was doing. All the time he was on the phone doing private calls for an event and was completely distracted and acted annoyed every time I ask a question. Administration and reception are also a pain: Canceling and rescheduling meetings on short notice, wrong or incomplete documents for insurance and very rude behaviour on the phone. Probably OK for anyone who needs nothing more than a regular check up.

Already the second time I reschedule an appointment by telephone and it is not confirmed. It was fortunate that I contacted the second time in advance to check, otherwise I would have driven nicely from Antwerp to Ghent to be there again for pietnot. The number of secretaries and doctors walking around it is clearly at the expense of the organization and the personal treatment with their patients.

Very satisfied with this practice. Multidisciplinary approach but also 1: 1 relationship with one dentist possible. Every appointment is strictly observed. For non-urgent matters 3-week waiting time. For periodontics longer. Professional, no-nonsense, punctual and good service.

Very negative experience with this 'money factory'. I have been here a few times and each time they pointed out my number of holes in my mouth (at one point I had 6!). Every time they took pictures and they told me that I definitely had to make a new appointment because they could not close the holes in one go. I have not been there for a year, and then came back (with at least 3 holes in my teeth) and they said I had no holes. When I pointed out to them that they had seen at least 3 more holes during the last consultation, the dentist suddenly said that she saw a piece of 4 again. My bill sometimes went up to 250 euros. Yesterday I went to another dentist who told me that I had no holes at all. That no photos are needed for holes. At this dentist I only had to pay 17 euros. He knew this practice and the way of working. I find this factory really fanciful and only relies on the money from your portfolio. I have therefore unnecessarily closed my holes !!! I will certainly take further steps. They will never see me here again and I will certainly tell other people about this experience

Despite indicating and effort to be reimbursed as much as possible by the health insurance fund, it is not stated that the dentist is not conventional.
Hasty atmosphere, little room for some explanation

Wow. To be honest, I am still recovering. I normally have too low a blood pressure but yesterday I had a Dr. appointment and my blood pressure was for the first time too high, still recovering from the traumatic treatment.
Tomorrow I have an extra appointment with my kine / osteo because after a disrespectful treatment and another stamp in my neck there at the end - I kid you not - my neck vertebrae are completely blocked.
In any case, do everything to avoid Dandes!
I came to them once centuries ago because I have a history of abscesses. And where I got the best specialists and have been very satisfied for a long time. But - as I read in other reviews here before - it has indeed become a money factory that is no longer patient-oriented.
By the way, doubt whether my treatment was necessary. I have had no holes for a few years and therefore no treatment, but people kept emphasizing that I had to come back to replace the front fillings that were getting a little brown. When I was in the chair I suddenly had 4 holes all next to one where she had to work.
I have highly cervical instability (or similar) and indicated that my jaw is blocking that she should give me time to open my mouth. She kept insisting I had other problems or allergies, so I said I was asthma sensitive. I wish I had never said that, because suddenly, without warning! I got a big iron (at least the feeling of something like that) ring in my mouth. I have been going there for over 10 years, there has never been a colleague who felt it was necessary to work with it. You would think that after 10 years such things will be in your file. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it put a tremendous pressure and constant pain on my lower jaw. And while she was filling my holes, she pressed and rested on my lower jaw that pressed all the way to my neck. I pulled away from the pain. I received no more than a 'yes that third party failed, that's bad luck, you shouldn't just pull away.
Well you can't say much with such a ring. So firing glances and a loud indignant sigh made her change her mind and try to make up for it.
I had also pointed to my neck several times - but I also received no response. After 45 minutes and an error, her franc fell and gave the commanda assistant a neck pillow. One for traveling. While there really exist especially for dental seats. But finally that enlightening was 'being able to breathe back'. It was too late for my neck itself, I felt it struggling. She was also bluntly against the assistant by the way who ran his face to the ground. You would for less.
And then you think you can be relieved, after an hour and fifteen minutes because everything finally goes out of your mouth. And I could finally say that my neck is chronically not acute. But now comes the impossible: I have to bite twice on a strip to test my bite or something. Obviously I do all of that wrong of course. The 2nd time she finds it well and takes her full hand, puts it in my neck, and gives me a hard push forward. My face almost in the sink - just to describe the feeling.
Half sobbing with shock - just the fact that someone has the guts to do something like that - rinse my mouth with my hand in the neck. But it was too late. As a counter-reaction, everything has started to block. Madam 'projection' is going to put everything in my shoes instead of admitting her mistakes and once again emphasize what a problem I gave her ...
Back in the waiting room I want to put on my coat, but my neck and shoulders are tight. And at the counter: that's 234. Euh the code? No the price ... And a piece or 8 codes, some of which she has not or only partially executed. Since I live by a minimum (due to health), that means stress until it is back on my rack. That is about my budget for my monthly food ...

Dentists group practice or Mafia practice ?! Ben had to go nine times with my daughter ... each time they found a hole in it ... I think they made the holes themselves to be able to fill the next time ... When I needed a filling myself I was just laughed at ... they only wanted to pull ... matter that your false teeth will no longer fit and they can then earn money again ... I also had a false tooth made ... poor quality ... Mafia

Arrogant and not customer oriented!

Arrogant and not customer oriented!
Made an appointment six months ago. Was called last week to ask if my appointment could be placed later, to 9.45 am. I indicated that it was possible but that I could not wait because of the subsequent appointment. No problem. From the week when I got reminder phone said again. This morning at registration again. No problem. Not helped at 10 a.m. So to Anne behind the counter ('responsible customer service', how ironic it can be) and angry. Indeed I was angry but I am certainly not rude or rude. The only thing this lady could say was that I had to stay calm, that I had to respect people and that I had to get out of practice otherwise. Really!!
I am a customer and this is a service provider. And in that relationship you do indeed treat each other with respect and equality. I think it is quite disrespectful to treat a customer who meets you and has indicated things 3 times that way. After all, the customer also has an agenda and does not have to be grateful to receive a service from you. Apologies seem more appropriate. Once inside the dentist, Mr. Cleymaet himself found it necessary to mix. Instead of entering into a dialogue he also found it necessary to speak to me, again I had to show respect etc etc. When I indicated that I did not like to be threatened by the staff, he indicated that you did not accept this and I was no longer allowed come ?! As if I was planning to do that myself, but anyway.

Dentists who really go the extra mile to ensure that your teeth stay healthy for a long time. So much better than my experience with other dentists. Friendly and competent.
Waiting time for an (non-urgent) appointment is around 3 weeks.

Very good and professional dentist. Specialist dentists for every problem. Very quick help in case of emergency, I was allowed to visit the same afternoon once with a painful inflammation. Not expensive at all if you look at what good service you get instead.

This is the most horrible clinic ever! I had been patient there for about 10 years and always relatively satisfied. However, when I was planning a new implant, one doctor, the periodontist, suddenly cancelled the appointment on the day of the treatment, because the real cost became unexpectedly higher than he had estimated in the offer. He has not talked talked to me about that, and simply cancelled the treatment on the day it was planned. After this incidence, I had contacted the clinic several times for sorting this out, however, I only had a horrible customer service experience that was beyond expectations. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone else. It is a great disappointment.

This practice focuses primarily on the standard maintenance work of your mouth. More specific problems are not addressed. In my case, they deliberately failed to address the problem. In addition, quite expensive, always need a photo,

Excellent practice.

Excellent practice.
You are soon convinced of the experience and expertise of dentists and specialists. There are several specialists available for every problem so that you always receive the best care and treatment.
Certainly no planers here, but a solid and professional approach.

Great practice!
Absolutely recommended, dentists are extremely friendly and helpful. My treatment went smoothly and the aftercare was also fine.
I really feel that you are being 'listened' to in this practice, instead of being a song!

I highly recommend this dentist's office. They have a great team, professional, always ready to listen and take care of their client. I am personally followed by Ms. Verbeke Lindsey who is remarkable and very kind. Currently treated by the specialist Mr. Shtino and his assistant Nikki who I am also very satisfied with.

Shortly before I left on a trip I had a filling. I then looked for a dentist who could help me last minute.

The filling was only on one side of my tooth. However, the bill stated that they had worked 3 sides.

During my visit it seemed to be all about squeezing as much money as possible out of my pockets. "You haven't been checked recently? We'll do that now", "You don't have any recent photos, we'll arrange that." and concluding with "You have never had a 3D scan done? We do that."

After studying the images, I found that I would have 4 holes.

Now I have to admit I liked that a lot. I suffer from sensitive gums and was already under treatment at UZ Gent. There they regularly take photos and regularly check my teeth. I have been told that my oral hygiene is good and that I have no problems.

I felt suspicious. So I asked the exact locations of the holes, and the photos (because they have not added them to my file).

After checking by 2 other dentists, I don't seem to have any holes.

As far as I'm concerned, there are 2 options. Either the doctors at Dental Center are incompetent (unable to make the correct diagnosis), or the financial aspect is more important than the health of the patient.

I would therefore like to urge everyone to find another dentist.

Went here for a few years. In the beginning everything went smoothly and correctly. The last two years it has become a real disaster where service is an option.

Have a broken filling removed in August. Appointment was postponed a few times until we planned one in mid-March. That therefore was resisted. Wait 7 months just to have a filling replaced.

When I called back to find out why the appointment was rescheduled in March, I was told that "the professor" was still present and that I was allowed to re-book that appointment. For me this was really the end of the story.

During a previous routine check, a deep cleaning was then suggested to me. More expensive intervention, but it could suddenly be implemented immediately.

In the meantime have my filling added at a local dentist's. Appointment within 3 days. Took 20 minutes.
