Super shady, the customer service is never available and they are out to take your money. They had a collection agency come after me for a month of membership that I had on freeze. The charge was $20 and no one from corporate was picking up the phone to discuss this issue where the club didn't have the appropriate freeze form. I'm honestly disgusted by the way you guys handle business. Stay away!

As a very successful club owner with Workout Anytime, I just love this brand and the founders, Steve Strickland and John Quattrocchi. Inspirational leaders who care about the success of the franchisees. I now have two clubs and plan to expand again in 2020.

HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE......HORRIBLE! I wish I could give negative stars so one star in order to warn others about the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDESERVING Gof any business from anyone. I was Uber excited to begin my personal training regiment again and came across this gym. After consultation, contract was signed. It was and has been downhill from there. First, I text the trainer the day before my first session and did not receive a response. Unbeknownst to me, I walk in and was approached by someone else. I was told in a matter of fact manner that he quit and it wasn t his first time. Yes, I was upset because this is not the guy I was suppose to meet but it does explain the lack of response. During this time I m under doctor s care as well and because of my injuries from a car accident, I could no longer continue the training sessions. I in turn emailed the company and received a response from Candace. She responded and states and I quote, Sorry to hear that Latonya. Hopefully your doctor will release you soon. Once we receive your doctors note, your account will be updated. This is the last I heard from her. My account is still being charges $320 dollars and I have not trained since February. Also, the card that was authorized is not the card being charged. I have a membership as well. This morning 04/24/19 was charged again. I personally went over to the gym and no one was there to assist and from my understanding, Candace is never in the office. The trainer there happens to be my original trainer s replacement......really nice guy. He remembers me and the conversation about me having to cancel as well. I brought the letter in case it had gotten lost . He said he didn t need because it is in the system. He attempted to contact Candace. I call a few more times afterwards but continued to get the voicemail and still have not heard from Candace. I contacted ABC Financial as well as my bank. I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue and warn others. I WILL ADDRESS THIS EVERYDAY UNTIL IT IS FIXED. This is UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM (SMYRNA)!!!

Impossible to reach Customer service reps.

They don't actually accept their letter of cancellation

They wont refund you even when you show proof

They have odd hours - Every time you call the phone states that you have called past the hours of operation.

Find a better, service focused gym

Amazing gym franchise. Every one I've been in is clean, bright, and well-maintained. Staff is friendly. Environment is my favorite of gyms I've been too. Highly reccomend.

Quit the gym in Milton in March 9 months ago due to covid, and had my membership cancelled at the front desk. 9 months later I get a collection letter from an Attorney in Utah for $68.03. a month to month Gym, and I get a collection letter? SCAM! After you pay a Lawyer from Utah, what do you get $8.00? I was going to go back but due to principal KMA!!!

Piece of TRASH customer service. I had an account closed with them in June 2018 because I moved and where I was moving no locations were available. They wait a year later and report to my credit saying account was cancelled because of non payment! WTH so unprofessional and disorganized. This organization billing department is trash and so are the people who work for them! No customer service skills at all!

A top notch company. In all transparency, I know many of the people that are associated with this organization and have long lasting and personal relationships with some of them. Although such a person or company may exist in this world, I can honestly say that do not know anyone or any organization with more experience and passion for the fitness industry that this group. This team is dedicated to improving people's lives by working closely with their franchisees to help the American public attain a better state of fitness and wellbeing while maintaining the highest standard of integrity in the fitness industry.

I attended the Workout Anytime franchisee training and was shocked at what a how much support they offer. It's as close to a "can't lose" investment as I've seen. Great company with great vision.

I'm so glad I looked for a corporate account, as I have had the same difficulty with canceling in Camden, SC. I am a first responder and I've been on assignments for the past 4 months. Currently in Ithaca,
NY I called spoke to owner advised him I was charged and was not in the state he advised me I needed to send a cancellation form. He sent the form to my email and charged me twice after I sent cancelation twice. I was charged in June two times. Very very rude. I am a respiratory therapist helping with Covid and to be treated that way in my local town is a disgrace. The gyms were closed by the governor. I have written several reviews and would never go back. The manager I spoke to was rude as well. I did a dispute with my bank and the refund has yet to be issued. Very disappointed.
