I had a mixed experience with Workforce Group. The company website provides useful information, but I found it lacking in terms of user experience. The customer support team was helpful, but at times their response was delayed. The company culture seems average. They have room for improvement, but overall a decent option for job seekers.

The customer support is decent, although there are times when they take longer to respond. The work environment is okay, but could be improved. My details of workforce group and Daryl Dunbar are mainly regarding the vice president of the companies daughter Laurel who supposedly supervises/makes empty promises and cant remember them. I have unfortunately listened to her yell at employees due to her own miscommunication and even to the extent of people being misdirected for work and not being paid. People these days tend to forget that with the digital world the way it is evidence is easy to come by. If not complying with Equal Opportunity Office guidelines and state employment policies an employee could easily reach out and be protected. I would not be as concerned with local political parties or the fact you violated EEOC I would be figuring out how to explain to MS sitting senate member just spoken with. Professionals to do not conduct themselves in this manner ma'am. When someone begs for peace and does their job its NOT a good idea to target them for discrimination. Just a thought but what do I know I'm only a consultant

This organization has a high turnover rate because they have unprofessional and unqualified managers such as Brandi Short. She talks to employees like they are beneath her. More importantly, they expect employees to work 8 hour shifts without any breaks or lunches because they schedule too many appointments at one time. Also, the company demands employees to travel 2 or more hours away from the office and only pays mileage. Therefore, they are stealing from people. I will be processing a complaint with the EEOC.
