20 Pine Street is one of the staples of the Financial District. Designed by Armani/Casa as the first fashion and real estate collaboration, the building has a helpful & friendly staff, reliable management, gorgeous lobby & amenities, as well as interior subway access. Residents and guests of this building are sure to be accommodated properly and live at a high standard and quality of life.

Cool condominium complex though the apartments aren't too large.

If I get there and it's a false hope, then my actions are not because of how I act but from their minds made up. Get to know me and these last recent days will have clear explanation

We couldn't be happier living at 20 Pine, The Collection. Those who dont know - Its an Armani Casa! The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Also have had no complains with the building Management. The entire facility is kept very clean and the amenities are A+ ( they also have a rooftop lounge on 25th floor)
If you are looking to buy a home - the price per square footage is one of the best for NYC/ downtown area.
This building used to be a bank back in the days and in their basement they still have the bank locker/ vault that has been converted to pool room / swimming pool area. The building is a block away from NYSE, Wall street and early 2019 Whole Foods is expected to open across.
The chase building next door also is expended to have an all out movie theater coming soon.

Worst call service lady was extremely rude how am I supposed to rent a room and they won t even state what they are on the phone cal geez what s up with people these days ...
