Everything is possible in advance, but with actual viewing everything is strictly according to the rules. Customization or flexibility is hard to find. Still working with hardcopies.

Extremely questionable broker who prefers to sell homes within his own network instead of passing more favorable bids to the seller. I no longer look at homes they have in their portfolio!

The broker does not send appointment confirmations, does not respond to emails, does not inform the seller when a competitive bid has been made; when I approached the seller directly and asked if he had received my offer, the answer was "no" and came to a halt when I mentioned my bid, meanwhile, commitments had already been made to another bidder.

The sales data are now visible in the land register. My offer was 5% above the final selling price and my conditions were not strange.

Previously had contact with this broker for another house. When viewing, you simply refer to the brochure, cannot answer simple questions that are not in the brochure.

We are honestly not really happy with those spam letters that you send each time. Certainly not after that negative experience of 3 years ago, that you let us view a house that was already sold (..)
