Repairs are hardly ever carried out. You are treated unkindly, they don't understand your situation. In short, if something breaks, and you get damage, they just make you burst hard. All they do is collect money, but a bit of service and customer friendliness is no longer there. I don't have a good word about it !!!

I've lived at the same address for 19 years,
In those 19 years I have seen many people come and go.
I have had problems with the sewage system for years (in succession). etc.
Almost 1 full year with a leak in my kitchen.
Had to place my guest in the middle of the kitchen so that the drap did not end up in my pans.
Now I have requested a new kitchen unit, but that is not going as it should.
Still waiting for the contractor according to the voicemail message from living partners themselves.
Got a power outage on Friday night, which I still have now.
I don't think all of this is neat.
I pay my rent properly, I have never had any debt, and I never will.
But, can my complaints be taken seriously?

They are not interested, but that I am not allowed to use the bike and because of corona, only one person is allowed in the elevator, which is not indicated anywhere. Apparently, without warning, I may be forcibly pushed out of the elevator by staff living in partners.

Well then I had had it, bunch of corona crazy 99.99% of the people in the Netherlands have not died from it, but such paranoia and brutality just talk about it. and oh dear with a bicycle in the elevator, we will soon die from that too, let alone someone with a mobility scooter.

People go here by bicycle and together just in the elevator and if you only want that is fine. The lift is even used to move furniture and I thought it can handle up to 900 kilos, in short, don't fool me with selective excuses.

Got letter from living partners saying I am disrespectful to staff and story repeats with no ear to my side of story, not a word and no comment about pushing me with a suitcase, they just flip the story.

This company is just terrible. They are super quick and happy to collect the rent money. Renovation is carried out poorly. They are not interested, how it was carried out as well. Good luck with them repairing stuff. They do not understand what is the problem and are not interested to fix anything. They can even ask you over the phone, "is the problem fixed itself". It's a joke to deal with them. When everything goes well it goes well, when problems persist they are terrible

Residence Brouwhorst on the Deltaweg, Vecht for years that the containers are always too full and cause a lot of junk. Woonpartners does nothing about it. I informed the fire brigade safety region and filed complaints for more than 1 1/2 years. Without result. I have now also engaged the municipality. If someone throws a cigarette butt in it, a disaster happens.

Has been working on faulty cooling system for 1.5 years. Housing construction points to supplier, supplier points to housing construction. Meanwhile, 100-150 is still collected every month from each apartment, 45 in total.
