Woonbedrijf

Used their services to find an apartment in Eindhoven. Great company, great help. They are like a non-profit organization helping people find housing (but I am not sure about non-profit). I am happy with their services anyway. I used other housing agencies in Eindhoven in the past, they are crooks. Woonbedrijf has been the best and way ahead of the rest. Update 2019: I moved out of the apartment after 10 years, they claimed the kitchen counter-top had cracks in it, there was indeed a crack of 3cm in the counter-top which was normal tear and wear after 10 years living in an apartment. They refused and charged me 200 Euros for repairing it. Sorry, Woonbedrijf, I don't feel like recommending you anymore.

Me and my little sister were in a horrible living situation and the people who work there realy showed they cared for the first time in a long time. Specialy mention : Marko bogmans

Be careful if you rent from this company as a foreign person. They will not take you seriously. If you have dutch neighbours, and if they dont like you, and most dutch dislike foreign people, they will report false complains about you. You'll get warning notes as a bad roomer/renter so they will try to get you out. Woonbedrijf takes side to the dutch neighbours! The neighbours try you out, offence you so you do something back. Thats how they work here!

Helpful staff, but unless you have been registered in the waiting list for long enough (at least 4 years) it is impossible to rent a house, which makes it useless for expats.

This company actually steal money from me (870 euro) , they make a bill without explanation and in 7 months i did noy get any official document where from that dept come (same time I always had pay in time all 2 years while i rent apartment by them) In the end I just can do nothing and should pay. So be careful that worst way of corruption I ever see in my life, still in shock it's possible in Netherlands.

Someone has to investigate this corrupt company and prosecute those responsible for corruption
