Terrible food,oily,leftover possibly,didn t like it at ll

Its so good the service and good nice and fresh very reasonable price

Good restaurants not bad the quality could be a bit more but other than that it's excellent

Very bad customers service they serve you what they want , very bad staff , bad communication, even the staff who works in kitchen are bad , I've been a customer for more the 10 years , and I will never and ever go back , I dont recommend, feel sorry for the owner, to let kids and unprofessional people, play with the busines . Very bad .

The food was very nice and very nive staff as well.

Tasty kebabs w/ all the trimmings - the bread is also very nice!

Love the food but the ready dishes could be hotter. The mixed kebabs are the best!

Its an alright food selection. But for some odd reason the food is always salty!!!

The food was disgraceful, the meat tasted like cardboard and the rice was all stuck together like dough. The staff were incredibly rude, especially the manager. The toilets stank, with very dull lighting and toilet paper strewn all over the floor. It looked like it hadn t been looked after for weeks. Furthermore the waiters kept dragging chairs against the floor whilst adjusting the tables, which did not let me eat in peace. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service as well as food quality need to be improved. This branch I m talking about is located in Acton high street but other branches like Willesden and Kilburn have amazing service and delicious food.

If I could give 0 I would customer service is 000 , 2 long to serve the food we decided to leave and a waitress called odila was chasing us saying pay for the salad instead of apologising for the delay absolutely rude and out of order ,definitely won t go back there avoid this place !!!

So surprised how nice the food was. The salad was amazing and so was the home made bread.

Come all the way from Oxford to eat they don't Evan half off the staff everything finish very poor service,
and the manger very old man can't Evan do the job very bad attitudes last I would go go there....

Amazing staff always smiling and polite. The food was awesome and they have the best rice pudding. I loved the Tea treat gesture after the food. Will definitely go again.

Delicious meal served here.When in Acton and you need Turkish or Mediterranean dish its the place to stop.Good customer service.

Service was slow and inconsistent. Had to get up and get things my self e.g sauces. Asked for water a few times until i got it . Food aas was* slightly over cooked

Walked in after a long time and ordered 2 hot wings with rice and a kebab meal. The wings were really small over cooked and some of the wings were fried instead of grilled. The salad was very stale and old. When we spoke to the managers he admitted the wings wasn t good enough but didn t apologise. I would not recommend family and friends to eat there.

The standard of this food in this place is poor, the prices have increased but the quality has gone done badly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the lamb smells!!

Very wide assortment and a nice place to eat with regard to the price.

This is a great place, the food is quality and the restaurant is nice and spacious and very welcoming. The staff are friendly and very nice and always willing to help. Ive co.e here on many occasions now and I have to say I always enjoy it, the platters are amazing and if you cant finish them always the doggy bag lol.

Tried it twice and on both occasions the food was too salty. My wife's comment sums it up perfectly: it's difficult to say whether the food actually tastes nice as all you can taste is salt.

We were told we need to pay cash at the end of meal which was very inconvenient. Food was lovely otherwise

I have not eaten here in years but was going to give it another try tonight. I am not going to now as a respectful business owner would reply to feedback on here.
If I remember , didnt the environmental health fine the owner a few years back. Google that.

Bought lamb kebab take away, tried to eat but finally it landed in rubbish bin. If you want to eat proper kebab avoid this place.

Good food but not good service. You have to wait ages to be served and then to get your food. It's a shame that good food is not accompanied by a good service.

One of the best restaurant that serves Halal and mediterranean dishes in Acton, London. They have a wide range of dishes to choose. Shawarma, kapap, grills, burgers, curries, etc are all very delicious. Staff is very kind and friendly. They have a very spacious area to dine in. They serve free bread with your meal if you decide to dine in. You can come with friends or family and enjoy their food with no problem at all. I really and highly recommend it.

Got a take away from here. Food took a while. But worth the wait

Good food, good service, never had a bad meal there

Tasty lamb donnor. Not the average donnor that comes in strips, it's the original lamb pieces shaved, tasty sweet tangy rocket salad with red cabbage, and delicious fresh baked bread with cucumber raita, mint and yogurt dip and pepper and tomato salsa dip they give for fresh at the start.

Excellent food for a very decent price. Mixed starters a definite must if you're here!

Cleanliness issues at times. Some one needs to take a good deep look.

Servers are very nice. Manager is rude and decietful. Lied about the prospect of tea. Made us wait 1 hour, and when the waitress was ready to pour the tea, the manager came and told her not to serve it. When questioned why, he said there was no tea.
He was unapologetic and had the audacity to lie to our face.
Boycotted.

Great service and delicious food (lamb ribs) . Can't afford to go on a daily basis, but will definitely return.
