The waitress was very rude. I asked her 5 times for drinks and plates. Like which restaurant doesn t give plates.

We waited 45mins for the food and it was overcooked. We told this to the waitress and unsurprisingly she said tell the chef not me .

Really horrible experience...and waste of money. Don t waste your money at this place.

If you're the crowd type then this is fine. Here you can get grilled meats with salads and othet sides. They offer free Naan with dip as starter (at time of review) and soup is very reasonably priced. Worth a try out!

Tasty meat .But have a look at your food when its takeaway , it might be less porteion than when its eat in. It happened to me.

Best Turkish/ Arabic style food, excellent service and tasty food naan bread is remarkable with food !

Horrible place, ordered a simple doner with chips waited for 1/2 hour and when I got it it was a plat full of fat and chips

Large cafe style restaurant focusing on Turkish/Middle Eastern cuisine. Good attentive service, reasonable prices.

Visited 3 times now, always ordering their really nice lentil soup. But can't understand why they serve it lukewarm. Had to ask them each time to reheat in the microwave.

Every time I want to eat a good kebab this the place I go .

Loved it! Food was outstanding, wait was minimal and quantity was plenty! Would definitely recommend and would come again!

Went with my family and ordered a huge plate of chicken shish, lamb shish and lamb chops and wings etc.
Waited about 5-10 minutes for food was okay
My word when the food arrived it looked burnt and was taste less let alone I wanted prompt service but was ignored by all of the waiting staff so I had to make way to the bloody counter I asked for manager but of course I didn't see them.


After discount I took the left over and fed the pigeons.

Never again especially such dis respectful waitress no wonder why they keep putting a paper on the window ''waiting staff required ''
Service: I don't think they get tips the management takes it.

All my family member eat that food and that evening I was sick ill be taking legal action

Amazing restaurant,lovely service and astonishing food

Almost all food was good except lamb, which was undercooked and very hard to swallow. I might have given 5 stars, but due to undercooked lamb, I'm going 3 stars.

Great value for money. Portions are huge, service is fast, and quality is very good.

Nothing special. Their Ayran is made fresh daily but the meat is nothing out of the ordinary. Luckily they accept credit cards.

The bathrooms are downstairs and are clean and use motion detector lights.

The servers are nice and smile genuinely. It's a nice big place, lots of seating available.

Park across the street near the Morrison's location and you should be fine.

The Turkish tea was good as well. Not the best, but good enough.

Place is ok not very expensive, but the ribs I ordered were tough as leather. Guess I've been spoilt with the food in East london.

Good food. Reasonably priced. Bit I went early Saturday evening and waited 1 hour 20 minutes for food to be served. And only one of the 2 kebabs we ordered arrived at the table.
The head chef was trying to run the whole restaurant.
This is a big restaurant. But only 25%of seats were occupied when I visited.

Always phone up and order the woody's special for collection. Service has been great each time. Food portions are very generous compared to other Turkish food places. Meat is very flavourful and so is the rice. Would definitely recommend!

Prices are good, falafel and hummus wrap is to die for. Only issue is that it's cash only.

the portion is very small!!! And very rude staff about the guys who in charge ther ... I was customer for 10 years and I believe that's my last time there!!!!!!!!! Massive difference between the Willesden Green branch!!!!!!

Me and my friend were in the area and looking for somewhere to eat. We decided to go for Woody Grill just because it looked spacious and was quite busy for a Tuesday. The gentleman that seated was absolutely lovely and recommended items. The starters and mains arrived with perfect space inbetween them. The food was of such good quality everything was fresh and the meat was extremely juicy. I definitely would recommend it's just overalls really good quality ! We both left saying we would come again since we were made to feel welcomed.

It's a Kebab joint on steroids, they serve a lot more than kebabs, the food is very good, particularly the lamb shish kebab, but the place looks terrible.

I am a regular customer here... the food was amazing until my last visit they gave me old rice that stank very bad. I shouldn t have paid but they forced me to pay the full amount. I refused and only paid half.

This is a local Turkish place for me. Been here so many times. Food is always nice. Even better are the prices. Customer service is great as well.

They have some brilliant wraps. Service can be a bit hit and miss but at these prices you can t complain.

Very delicious and amazing food the only thing that is keeping me from 5 stars is the fact that the lighting was a bit dim at the back but overall it is a really nice place and is highly recommended .

Good place to eat for a nice cheap lunch or dinner. Good family atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Only visited to have a nourishing bowl of lentil soup. It was accompanied by a generous serving of pide bread, and a dish of pickles. Finished off with a true espresso. No idea about the quality or quantity of the meat dishes. Looks like they open the bifold doors in good weather so one can luxuriate in that typical Acton ambience.

Food is OK but not cheap the only concern I have is that the must be something wrong with management there because they all the time looking for staff or the pay is low or to high expectations from employees.

Good food at a good price. Recommended for families with young children.

Ordered the Woody Special as pictured, meal came with free bread, accompaniments and a tasty salad. Decent quality traditional Turkish chilli & garlic sauces, overall it was tasty, not quite the quality you'd find in Green Lanes North London, but for the area is probably one of the best Turkish restaurants around.

I enjoyed my time here. The food was aromatic which indicates they cook from fresh. Lamb shank was the best, very soft. The staff seemed tired or not interested, I think they needed a break or a coffee. However this place is worth coming to sit enjoy food. You get quite big portion for good prices so if you're hungry it's a good place to choose for eating out.

Food is good overall. Lovely Turkish kebabs and soups. Big space too. But the tea and sweet is bit overpriced. Staff needs to be more polite and helpful.

Piles of kebab meat and salad (although you can have chips) good value for money. I've been here many times. Good bread and dips too.

Portions are enormous .
Their mixed grill plate is fantastic and huge enough for 2 people they give u salad sauces and hummus for free with the meal .. i just love this place !
