Nice chemist, had no issues collecting my medicine and i normally get on with everyone there and having intresting conversations with the staff many years back. But unfortunately years has pass by and things has changed. The new manager needs to stop swearing over the counter and using disturbing discriminatory comments, especially in front of children.

I am responding to your response that was sent to me a few days ago.
Thank you for your reply. Just to let you know that i didn't menson anything about my child and my child should not be on your comment for confidential reasons and this matter will be reported. When my child was attacked in the shop, and her friends on a different day when she was not present recived verbal abuse at the shop.
My child was smart and educated enough to defend herself and her school friends by reporting it, which she was not wrong for doing so. She followed the procedure and took actions in the right legal way, as she was a regular customer who use to buy nail varnish, when ever either myself or her Dad gave her pocket money. She would get deorgrant or products she needed for her health etc, my daughter was a well loved customer and staff even use to give her a hug and sometime grab her cheeks saying how cute she was and how much she is grown up nicely. So after the bad experience she faced, she was very dissapointed with that kind of behaviour, so instead of being rude or aggressive, she decided to report it, better she did that than to promote violence. She set a good example for all of you to learn from, because am sure if every child handled it in the same way, there will be less crime. After her bravery of writing a statement, the results of them not finding eveidence was not true.
The complaints team admire her actions and said she should study law after her GCSEs because of her maturity. The team also said that everyone was denying the allergation like every family buisness does, so all she got was an apology from the complaints team on behalf of them and your company and the case was closed, so technically that does not prove your innocence, this proof that you have too much pride to admit your side to the mistake , but it's fine, i guess this is a learning progress for you. My review was not to attack anyone, but only constructive criticism, so there no need to take it in the way you did by trying to put me down and make me look bad.
Every buisness needs room for improvements and most buisness have become more sucessful when they believe customers are always right and acknowledge there mistake and improve on it. I know this because my family has buisnesses and i have a High national diploma on leadership and management, and in the process of a degree on course, so this is a critisism from someone who is familar with businesses. But i can see that no accountability is taken on your side,
so all i can do from now on is to say that "i forgive you all for your mistakes and i wish you all the success in the buisness". May you improve in your buisness and your character, so you can recieve better reviews in the future.

I notice that you have edited your respond and deleted comments that was made about my child. Thank you very much for taking my confidential matters into consideration, and like i said other than the 1 incident that happen i never had any problems and generally like the chemist and it would be nice we can all shake on it. But otherwise, very much appreciated.
