A very difficult company to work with. Don't have high expectations in regards to their services. We have been waiting to get our apartment ceiling fixed for almost a year an a half and still no response from them yet. They even dare to raise our rent. They keep dropping the ball from one to another. Property Manager Debbie is often rude with residents.
They never called me back and I found another place in the neighborhood.
Love it, you can count on the manager when you needed, helps the maintenance team, and really fast with paperwork to get us in or out of the apartment. Leasing staff is good too
I am super disappointed and annoyed with this company. I applied for a Service Technician job with the company, and they went above and beyond to give me false hope and jump through tons of hoops, only to deny me the position. The whole process took about 2 & 1/2 months and they acted very interested until denying me finally. After 6 successful interviews, a successful completion of a background check and a drug test, and sending me all the way to El Dorado Hills for an interview, only to simply say that they decided to go with a more of an entry level candidate because I was over qualified ! Unbelievable! I spent hours filling out paperwork and scanning and emailing and traveling all over the Bay Area to interview 6 times! Don t get your hopes up with this company! Total joke.
