Worst customer service. Once they supply the software there wont be any guidance. They dont know to integrate GST in their billing system. Whenever a person attends , he will make things worse due to his inexperience.

Software is easy to use and happy to get proper assistance.It is good for inventory and GST reports.

wondersoft is fine. I have also used four, five software, which is 90% of what I expected. It was a bit of a hassle when GST was introduced.
At present they call us by e-mail.

They buy and use software worth Rs 40 lakh at a chain hospital I know. They, too, claim that there is some flaw in that software.
So, my position is not to take small grievances too seriously.
Still, there is still a lot to improve. Term to customer
Make a schedule and send the programmers in person to meet their need. Because you can't get everything online. Documentation must be done.

Software is easy to use. Complaints have been sort out at faster rate. Good customer service. The person attended was too good and calm explained everything slowly and cleanly.

A customer of their software. Don't know we have to get their AMC package by paying in thousands for getting their technical support every year. They have to clearly explain this clause to customers, before selling their product. They are not very truthful in this issue.

Update: I got the demo from one of the experts, thanks to wondersoft team for taking the feedback.

They send Amateur guys for demo and do not satisfy my needs. Very poor response to queries, either they are too busy or they just don't care about their business. I wonder how they have so many positive reviews.
