wondersoft is fine. I have also used four, five software, which is 90% of what I expected. It was a bit of a hassle when GST was introduced.
At present they call us by e-mail.

They buy and use software worth Rs 40 lakh at a chain hospital I know. They, too, claim that there is some flaw in that software.
So, my position is not to take small grievances too seriously.
Still, there is still a lot to improve. Term to customer
Make a schedule and send the programmers in person to meet their need. Because you can't get everything online. Documentation must be done.
