Been coming to wolverine since 05. Anyway my shop doesnt come up in your system. I again have to fill out another form. Plus i have to pre pay for a urea pump you don't have you guys wanted me to pay 980 bucks didnt have it wont take my credit card over the phone.
I called a local ford dealership and they sold it to me for 500 bucks! Wow

Does great job fixing City of Detroit, salt trucks.

Went smooth got done over a week head of time. Not sure who my company talk to to get me in and out. I just know i was done in 2.5 days when i was told over 2 weeks just to get looked at

Had a great experience. Their parts dept went the extra distance to find me the right part, even when I couldnt provide needed VIN. Thanks

5 stars go to dave in the parts department, great guy, kind, respectful. Just about the only guy in parts that never has an attitude with customers.

Any truck drivers like me, will find good pricing on parts.

Very different almost weried from the parts clerk to the cashier. The cashier took my card like it was hot as skillet and gave it back to me the same way, and i got the feeling that i was over charged or why was I treated like a none customer.

They known There job but there very slow in repairing it

Walk in and it takes forever for someone to acknowledge you even though there may be four people at the counter and no one else in there. The staff and facilities are otherwise great.

Not happy with prices or service they just lost a great customer

The only reason for the 2 stars is their good parts department but their service department does not even deserve 1 star

I have a freightliner and I had a electrical problem with it. So I decided to take it to wolverine, they said it would be $5,500. So I took it from them and took it to a regular mechanic and you won t believe how much he asked for it! He asked for $460. So I think this company is stealing money from the people. Do not recommend going there.
