We have been scarcely affected by Covid, as most people have. Friday afternoon at 4:30, we were served a 15 day pay or quit. My husband has been hospitalized Covid issues etc, and we re unemployed right now. we ve made every attempt we can to pay our rent, and have done pretty well. I have made seven calls, and sent about 12 emails trying to understand what we need to do to fix the situation. No one has called us back, or responded. Additionally, we do not have heat here. Because we ve been late on our rent, it was suggested by our property manager that we better shut up and not say anything

I had a few general questions about renting a property and two people from Wolfe & Associates called me right back and took the time to listen and discuss. I wasn't a client, and the property I was interested in renting wasn't even a property they manage, so I was really impressed at how quickly they responded and how helpful they were. I had called a few other management companies prior and nobody was willing to take the time to answer my very simple,general questions. Even the receptionist at Wolfe took the time to understand what information I needed so she could direct my call to the right people.If I am ever in the market to rent again, I would definitely consider renting through them. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I never thought it could get worse than it has. The property manager that I have worked with for the last four years, Kathy Palacios is a liar and had a disgraceful work ethic. We don t have heat, and I just discovered, that I am now paying for all of the electricity for the property, including the laundry services that all tenants use. Her response to this was it s never been a problem before . That s how they deal with things. They bully you and threaten you so you re in fear

I've been living at a property they manage for 3 years now and I have never been happier. They're highly professional and courteous and have always given me great service. I've had repairs done to my apt and never had it come off my deposit. I look forward to living in their unit for many years to come. I appreciate you guys and thanks for making me feel at home!

How long does it take to get a plumber? Sometimes it can be as fast as two minutes if you have a contract service with Wolfe and Associates. Corina Diaz responds to texts, emails or phone calls within minutes and deploys expert electricians, plumbers, or any other specialty repair person as soon as humanly possible. During a black out, she lent us a generator and had it delivered even while the staff was having a party. Amazing!

If you don t want to handle your own individual contractors (and find out who is good, who is available, who is affordable, who is qualified) I highly recommend signing up with Wolfe and Associates.

Update: I was sent an email by Scott Wolfe stating that this negative review violates the terms of my lease and may have legal ramifications if I do not remove it.

I had a horrible experience with Wolfe. I was locked out of my apartment at 4:40 (before they closed) and called to ask if they had lockout services. I was told that maintenance would help, and transferred me, but they did not respond. When I called emergency services, I was told they could help me and to expect a phone call back. Three hours had passed by and I had not received any contact. During those three hours, I called four times and spoke to three different people. The last man I spoke to told me there may be a delay because maintenance could be picking our key. So I continued to wait outside my house. The fact that they do not provide lockout services after hours was not mentioned to me once, not until 7:15 when I received a call from a different person telling me so. This was nearly three hours after my first call to them, and it was finally the first call I had received. They were not apologetic in any sense.

My issue is not the policy regarding lockout services. My issue is that every employee I spoke to led me to believe that maintenance would help me and that I only received a call back after three hours of waiting to let me know about this policy. I'm extremely upset with how I have been treated, both during the lockout and in regards to this review.

Wish I could give them no stars. They are literally the worst property management company. How they are still in business I don't know. Filled with a bunch of morons running this place. Nothing ever gets fixed. Laundry rooms always dirty and half the dryers and washers don't work properly. This property should've stuck with Sierra Property Management. Much better company than these idiots. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I ve had better service with air b n b. They sell run down homes for thousands of dollars a month and they do nothing to Make the place look proper. Our rep that showed us around did nothing more than open the door, she had no information or details about the place. They want your money and that s it if you don t work extra hard and do their job for them then your out of luck. There are better companies out there To look at but they re mostly all like this

Will try to charge you for anything possible. Often times when you call, the phone will ring and no one will answer. Their payment system is third-party so they incur fees from the bank which they then pass to tenants, even if it was their accounting error. If you have to live with these property managers, make sure to get everything in writing and also suggests changes to the lease.

Lived in one of their properties for a year, it was a dump when we moved in. Anyway we took good care of the place, kept it clean, didn't break anything, but when we moved out they took 70 percent of our security deposit for things like "heavy" cleaning, phony plumbing charges, hauling trash from a dumpster shared by at least two other buildings, replacing things that were in bad shape when we moved in, and various other made up charges. They even put "heavy" cleaning for the dishwasher even though our apartment didn't have a dishwasher. We left the place almost the same as it was when we moved in, except for a few scuffs on the wall, and got robbed anyway. This company has zero integrity and will shaft you any way they can. Genuinely bad people. Even if you consider yourself a responsible renter, you will regret it if you rent from them.
