Noticed coolant loss took for diagnostic 6 months ago. Replaced radiator. Mechanic noticed abnormal amount of fluid on fan shrout. Recommended replace fan shrout $300. Never bothered to look to see where all the fluid was coming from. 6 months later vehicle rarely driven realized my power steering fluid is empty. It would have been a lot easier to repair while they had it taken apart. Really guys. I will not return.

I drove almost 300 miles to have my injectors replaced on my diesel truck because I heard they did good work. It was a big job that they did perfectly. No issues at all. The owner even gave me a ride back to the RV park we were staying at. I would highly recommend Wolf and intend to use them in the future.
Ok. I had an 05 f350 6.0.. Took it into their shop to have a rear turn signal and one front headlight fixed. They quoted me for $267 dollars. And I asked them to go through the truck and make sure it was solid. That $267 turned into $3200 which then turned into $4400. I get the truck back and not even a week later it broke down on me on my way to work. Returnedit to wolfs where they told me it would cost me snother $5200. They told me the ipr shot debri into the hpop. Which eveyone knows u need to open up the motor For that to happen. But no they didnt accept responsibility For it. We had the 3200 from taxes and that's all we could afford. They even did work on my truck without consent which is why I could only pay the $3200 and not the $4400. I couldn't afford to dump any more money into the truck so I traded it in. Now I have rick the new owner and his wife constantly harassing me to pay for their mistakes. They told me not to worry about the remaining balance if I can pay it great but if not. Don't worry. This morning I got a call from ricks wife harassing me about it. I keep getting invoices in the mail. I told her it wasn't my fault and she told me the harassment and invoices aren't going to stop. These new owners are ruining the name the old owner built and are gonna run this business into the ground. I highly suggest staying away.. People warned me but I didn't listen.
My 7.3 needed suspension parts and ac compressor replacement . The job was completed in a timely manner and at price that beat other quotes locally. It s 104 degrees outside my kids and I appreciate the A.C. I will bring my diesel here in the future and I highly recommend this shop.
The guys at Wolf did everything they could to get my well pump service truck back on the road, and the cost was very competitive. Definitely would do it again!
Had bad experience here. Do not go to wolf and pay thousands of dollars for people that dont know what they are doing to work on your trucks. All they do is geuss and bolt on stuff. Or add bolt on performance parts. I Spent 4000 to fix my ford 6.0 and was just told it needed more and more and more. Paid and went to another shop. They found the issue to be bad o rings for my high pressure oil system. Do not go here and get screwed. O have had to sell my truck because of them. Couldn't pay my payments and double the price to fix it
5 Stars!! Hands down these guys are amazing!! I took my Chevy Trailblazer in a few days ago because there was a squealing noise when I accelerated, I thought maybe it was a belt but it turned out it was my exhaust manifold and gasket. They were able to spot the issue and have it fixed for me the same day. I am very happy with the work they did. Efficient and affordable!! Thank you to the guys at Wolf Performance! Keep up the great work and stay awesome! :)
I took my F250 to Wolf to have new headers installed, and to find out what the clunking noise in my rear differential was. They installed the headers, and told me the differential was fine, that most likely I had a crack in a leaf spring. They recommended an additive for the differential for $14.00, which I did, and they returned my vehicle. At a cost of more than $1000.00. a week later. My headers quite literally fell off my truck. They did fix after I bought bolts and installed them myself a drove it back out there. And now more concerning 6000 miles later my differential just blew apart!! My guess is it was never inspected in the first place. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Now it's costing me $2400.00 to do repairs that I was trying to fix before they were catastrophic. Thanks for nothing Wolf Performance!!!! If you want a good shop with honest people try Southern Oregon Auto Care.
Took my f450 in for a cooling problem they said all was good 30 days later I had a blown Head gasket Then Wolf performance went above and beyond their duty put all Vehicles aside and got mine done in less than a week well that is not entirely correct i was a mechanic for years when I was looking over my bill i didn't see that the heads were resurfaced or new head bolts on my bill so i called to find out and they said they are cast iron and do not need to be resurfaced this is BS any time you do a head job right you have the heads resufaced and new bolts! Truck seems to have way less power then before I took it to wolf performance I have had nothing but problems so now I have to take it to another shop (to have it done right) didn't even see on my receipt. Were they checked with a STRAIGHT EDGE and or MAGNAFLUXED for cracks) NOT ON BILL. the Mechanic at the new shop was In disbelief THAT THE BOLTS WERE REUSED have lost all trust in Wolf Performance and out over $3000 I would not recommend
I was having an issue with overdrive light flashing and that I had just gone into transmission and rebuilt it myself and it wasn't internal they looked at me a little funny and took a look at it and within an hour or two they found a nest in wiring fixed wire -s .it was well worth the $98.00 they charged now it shifts great .I've got a 06 f350 I'll be bringing in that want them to check into long crank issue .will let everyone know how that goes.
