The Kenney Corporation Review

I've dealt with Kenney for decades and have always had a good experience. As a Toro dealership, Kenney uses the best parts delivery system in the business. Unlike some of their competitors, the parts people confirm the item being ordered while you're on the phone with them. Another brand's dealership merely takes the part numbers and thanks you for the order, making no attempt to make sure all the part numbers are correct. Kenney also drop ships direct from the factory any parts they do not have in stock - don't even have to ask for them to do that, it's automatic. The next day, both the parts coming from Kenney & the drop shipment arrive UPS. With the other dealerships, it might be two days before the parts arrive. Couldn't ask for better parts service.
