The Wolf Creek Inn exceeded our expectations. We decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here after several friends recommendations. The Inn is full of history and charm. But the best part was the menu! The food was playful and exciting. I had the special Mahi Mahi with a chocolate/salsa/cucumber sauce = mole. It was cooked perfectly and will remain a favorite of mine. The wine list full of local flair. We will be going back very soon to try their breakfast.

Fabulous! Will continue to visit again and again! Such a wonderfully historic place. Lots to see, beautiful rooms, knowledgeable and friendly innkeepers and staff. Perfect!

The breakfasts our group of four enjoyed were all superb. My smoked brisket omelette was amazing, I very much wish I lived closer and could have it again. It is also really neat to have a meal in a place which feels so stuck in time. I know we will be back again...perhaps as overnight guests so we can enjoy the "manmosas"

Needed a cold beer and an inviting patio on a hot August evening; couldn t have found a better retreat! A beautiful, historic site, such friendly staff, and delicious food. After living in Portland and paying for meals, I couldn t believe Wolf Creek could give me freshly smoked BBQ and two local draft beers for less than $20. Don t be expecting a quick-service visit right now; with a small staff and limited hours, this hidden gem gets slammed- for good reason! Stay a while, enjoy the AC inside or the views outside. Worth the wait, and they keep the drinks coming.

So we ended up canceling our reservation due to covid cases not sure if the refund has hit my acct or not but I had several questions I sent through email and they responded same day usually within 2hours so the customer service is excellent and once winter is over n cases are hopefully down my bf and I will definatly stay.

What a gorgeous historic inn! I had a peaceful stay and enjoyed the food. This is a great place to stay before enjoying the Rogue River trail and other nearby hiking.

I was pleasantly surprised with this little piece of history in our backyard! A decent brunch, the selection wasn't huge but the food was tasty and all the staff were fun and welcoming.

This place is a gem. I was lucky enough to stay twice this year at this historic landmark. Such a cool place. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and polite. The inn itself is amazing. I stayed in the Clark Gable suite on my honeymoon. Very awesome. I love the history of this building. The energy is amazing. On father's day the ribs were to die for. I will return and recommend this place to anyone heading to southern Oregon. This is a must see.

Very interesting things happen. My phone showed that my daughter was calling me when we sat down for dinner. I couldn't answer or decline for almost 2 minutes. She was sitting across from me and her phone showed nothing. She hadn't even touched it. My phone continued to do random weird stuff until we left. Then it was fine.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The Inn Keepers are absolutely wonderful, the service, food, rooms, entertainment, I love this place and cant wait to come back!

It was very quiet and absolutely lovely! Very nice accommodations!! We even got to see a deer on the front lawn! It was a very pleasurable experience!

What a wonderful stop! This inn has a terrific history. It has been kept and restored to its proper condition.
The restaurant is lovely. Service is great. I am looking forward to traveling here again, and spending the night.

Fantastic little piece of history. We got to stay the night, and yes were a little freaked by the rumors that it is haunted. We had no crazy occurrences, however, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay over. The food at the hotel is top notch, as is the service. A family runs the hotel which is owned by the Oregon Parks Service. If you are looking for really peaceful, this is it. We will definately go out of our way to go back someday.

Heard great things so we came for lunch on Saturday and perhaps to stay. Sign said they opened at 11am but the door was still locked and nobody around. Three other couples walked away as well. We waited until 1120am but then just left.

Stayed in Clark Gable's room! What an experience we had... We will be back! Great food in the dining room, and we sipped wine in the parlor!

Set off the freeway about half a mile this 136 year old hotel in the mountains is very well maintained with antique fixtures and furniture. We plan to stay again next time we travel through.

We gave 5 stars but they deserve 12. We love this place!! Its our 2nd time here and we will be back.
The rooms are immaculate and food is great.
They were so very warm and welcoming. They were even happy to accommodate our antique pitbull on what we feel may be his last road trip. The lovely woman who checked us in made it a point to come meet him and give him some love.
Really great place with phenomenal people!

7-6-16 currently closed for remodel construction. I can't wait for it to reopen and go inside.

I love Wolf Creek and I love swimming in the creek there

Breakfast is a joy to behold and consume! As a local resident it is a long awaited treat to have such a delicious option nearby now that the renovations are complete. The menu options are luscious and the coffee is brewed to perfection. You can count on the server to keep that mug full! Be sure to try the toast....the bread is made in house. Oh! The sausage gravy is delectable.

The hospitality is incredible! I will for sure be visiting again soon. I wish I would have found this place under better conditions, but it offered a roof over my head when evacuating fires. They did not turn anyone away that night and kept the kitchen open later. If John smokes food, you are in for a real treat, everything was homemade and delicious! When an elderly couple came in late at night, John went home to grab an air mattress. Hospitality at it's finest! I will remember how amazing everyone was to us during this visit!!

After hiking the Rogue River Trail, this restaurant was exactly what we needed! Fabulous food, cold drinks, gorgeous outside patio, and great service. Love it and will definitely be back!

It was so authentic to the time period it was built. The room was big and cozy. The grounds outside were beautiful. I can't wait to go back.

Great hospitality, beautiful location, and lovely rooms

This is a neat stop just off I-5. You may tour the Inn for free and learn about the history of the Inn and surrounding area. You do not tour the rooms that are for rent but I would love to come back and stay a night. Be sure to go a few more miles past Wolf Creek to the ghost town of Golden.

Love history and old buildings. Too bad the restaurant was closed. A good excuse to go back.

I just liked the strange people that wander around there at night. They real spooky but I can see right through them cause they ghosts pa!

Such a quaint place, full of history. GREAT food!!! Top notch hospitality!!

I absolutely love this place. If I could just live here, I would. Please come stay the ghosts we're so welcoming and soothing and their noises rocked me to sleep. I had a blast communing w them as their guest in their home. And enjoyed my cup of hot tea in the ladies room and i totally enjoyed the music piano music of the time playing in the men's drawing room. The staff? I loved them as well. Everything was just perfect. The dining experience is top of the line classy. I've never enjoyed myself or felt so pampered at any hotel in my 50 years of life as I did staying one night here. And the black kitty welcomed me last night and she came back to say goodbye. She's just adorable and fitting. If you go too you must stay in the Clark Gable room! It's worth it! Thank you for allowing me to be your guest! It was my pleasure! Namaste'.

We saw blue sky and headed towards it! Delicious meal with live music this evening. Gluten free option, Vegan too. Porkchop with apple chutney was very good. We'll be back.

Hospitable innkeeper, beautiful rooms, Love the history, dinner was good old-fashioned comfort food, breakfast was great! Can't wait to go back!

Really awesome staff awesome atmosphere can't say enough about how cool this place. I have spend almost 100 hours here and plend on spending thousands of hours.

The tour is fantastic! Knowledgeable tour guide created such a wonderful experience for us! Can't wait to come back and stay overnight! Enjoyed all the history and the grounds are beautiful!

A wonderful, historical Inn with so much charm. The rooms are comfortable and nice, true to the period, the Tavern serves great food and drink. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere with the live music outside on the patio in the evenings
