I decided to check out Kinkaider with a good friend that came in from out of town this weekend. We saw it was still busy and packed with people at 11:30 and swung in to grab a beer before heading home for the night.

Ten minutes after we sat down a bartender went around and said final call for who ever wants another beer to drink before we close. Once midnight hit the bartender went around once again saying in five minutes I will be picking up your beer glasses even if you have not finished it.

Neither of us drink beer fast and wsnted to enjoy along with good conversation, but by having the bartender forcing us the chug our beers since he will be picking them up even if they are not finished forced us to chug our half drank beers and go.

If you see people/groups with beer still in their glas let them finish it and not have to chug it or leave angry with a beer they paid for they couldnt finish.

I noticed a few people having to finish their beer fast
Like myself. Do you as a brewery want people leaving your place a buzzed because they had to drink their beer faster than they wanted to.

Due to the five minhte warning and both of us having to chug our beers we ended up not enjoying our beers in the end and I probably won't come back now because of the experience.

Word of advice if you still have customers having good conversation and enjoying your beer don't kick them out or be as forceful as the bartender was. I know as a business you cant stay open all night but be more respectful to customers if you see beer still In their glass and understand what good customer service is and thst every night is not going to be and end the same..

I always have a great time here and especially love the outdoor seating in the warmer months. I love all beer, but what I love most about Kinkaider is the variety and rotation. Every single time I visit, I know I'm going to have a couple new beers to select from and often try for the first time. The core beers are great and some of the limited runs are also amazing. I wish they had a little more seating indoor for the colder months, but I'm sure space in the Haymarket area can get very pricey. I'll keep coming as long as they keep creating new beers!

They did such a great job with this place. At one point it was just drywall and really had nothing going for it. They brought in color, music, great beers and just completely put a life into this piece of the old station. I m amazed at the selection of their beers and how great the taste is with each one. My favorites are the Devils Gap & Snozzberry Sour.

This place has so many great events throughout the year as well!

A first time visit today. One feature is there live music and other small crowd events. It's not a large tap room but I did not look closely out back.

It is located in the market area which is walkable everywhere.
I kinda think the 3 beers I tried were on the lighter side of my ipa expectations. My wife felt similar about her beer "not ipa" but that is in her wheelhouse.
I would enjoy checking out there entertainment events .

Seemed Like a Novelty

Seemed Like a Novelty
Local breweries always seem to have a niche in the food service market, after visiting twice, I was underwhelmed by the quality of food. I won't return but wouldn't discourage anyone for trying it once for their own experience.

They produce some really fine beers here! Good service, outdoor seating areas (though not like I'd be using them on a 30 something degree day, but awesome in the nice weather months) and they hold a lot of special events, like Husker tail gate parties. Short time here in Lincoln, but we've visited their other venues and have been equally impressed.

What a cool brewery! Newer to the Haymarket, there is something on tap for everyone. I recommend getting a flight to try 5 different beers (only for $9) to see which fits your fancy. My personal favs are Dan the Wiser and Snozzberry!

You like stouts? They got 'em? You like IPAs? They got 'em. You like spicy things? They've even got that. Even if you don't know what you like, the staff is so friendly and informative to help guide you to a great experience. They've got it all and it's all delicious. Bring back Nut Crusher!

Came in for last minute beers on my hubby's bday right before close bartenders were awesome and beers were great and they had tacos! Even though we had to go because they were closed and had to pull drinks by law. Love this place will come back a million time and would never ask for the staff to stay an unreasonable amount of extra time because I totally respect closing times and laws. Thanks for making our short time there great tonight and thanks for the tacos! You all rock! #staysnozzy

4 to 5 stars because they try and do community events, reached out to me, staff is helpful in helping me decide what to get. Pretty clean inside overall I think. Also a rotating selection based on the season is cool. Makes me feel like they're trying to keep coming up with good flavors.
