Went in at lunch time and waited over half an hour for my order (of one item). Giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they had someone call in sick or something because 2 people on for the lunch rush is ridiculous.
Great noodles! Had some delicious noodles and Asian tacos. Started off with an Edmonton favorite, a green onion cake which is deep fried there. Washed it down with a cold beer. Thanks a bunch.
Food was okay, service by a couple of young guys was okay.
Food was amazing. Restaurant itself was incredibly cold and run down. Fountain pop machine was out of order so only bottles were available.
There is only one person working there and he doesn't smile or say your welcome . To me that's rude to do

So happy to finally have an allergy taken seriously. I often have anxiety when ordering Asian food as I have a severe seafood allergy. I make sure to mention it every time I order but I'm often told there's no seafood in the dish, but they do not check for fish oil or consider cross-contamination. I went to Wok Box today and the woman working actually used a fresh Wok and put in the extra effort to ensure my concerns were taken into consideration without me feeling like I'm making a big deal or overreacting. The employee was very friendly and I appreciated her excellent customer service.
When I arrived there wasn't a line and only 2 people waiting for their order. It took 37 minutes to get my noodle box. Skip this joint if you're looking for a quick lunch.
Slow service if u r looking for a quick bite don't come here. Waited 15 mins for a take out
Helpful and friendly staff. Good menu with everything from 60 people packages, to kids items. Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan choices. Weekly specials too! Good seating set up and an outside area when the weather is nice, and they're open late.
Got the wrong order through Uber Eats, I still had the ribbon noodles and tofu but it was not Pad Thai. I did take pictures and screenshots but not sure how to post. My order was nearly $20 so a refund would be great since it was wrong.
Quick and easy. A smidgen pricey for the amount given but dishes are fresh and packed with flavor. Tons of delicious vegan options and some gluten free options as well - something for everyone.
Great menu with a variety of Asian inspired dishes. Food is great and worth the price.
