Good place. I worked here 2 Years. Salary policy is very bad here. Working hours are more. 9:15 hours duty per shift. Appraisal system in Wockhardt is the worst thing, 25% of basic salary is cut every month as appraisal and after six months of appraisal cycle you get a BiG Zero amount.

Miss this...company, i learned lot of things from here during Bcil training.
