WMS Recruitment Ltd Review

I wouldn't of rated this company a 1 star o if I could have. as I rang the company regarding any jobs was told to come along and register with the company so I did . There were very few things to offer. Had the chance haveing a job of driving a coach wasn't very happy with doing this so asked for a job in working in a food factory .when I rang the company to explain that I wanted the other job thay didn't seem very happy almost seems like it's there way or no way. had trouble getting hold of WMS agency for some reason thay never seem to pick the phones up .so to be honest about my experience with this agency if anyone is looking for a job please try and go directly with a company were your treated with respect and dignity because agencies are out there for themselves. thay only want you when it sutes them ! I've just got my self a full job starting next week were I know I'm guaranteed work every week were I will get proper holiday pay couldn't be better ps you seem to have all the time on replying to these ads if only you were as good and as quick as replying to people by picking up phones!! not PROFESSIONAL an attitude stinks.........

Terrible service

No response to emails/messages online as they probably get sent to junk/spam or possibly just into thin air

Tried calling a few times by phone and no answer

Went in got told would get seen to and nothing

If these are meant to be helping to get people into employment then they are definitely going the right way of not doing so

2 years ago I will be rated ir with 5 stars with no doubt. This year was worst year ever, first of all I talked with boss named David, he said that everything's ok, we can come, there are a lot of jobs. So me and my friend came to Cornwall, and guess what? Many people sitting at home without work, and it will be ok, but when we come, our 'boss' never came to see us, never explained all the details that we should know about situacion, one week we was sitting like an idiots with no explanation, without work, and we didn't know if we ever work. So after a week
we write a leaving forms and leave, and nobody never talked to us about that. Very sad, very bad, that this company going down so fast, never ever going to come back again, because nobody cares about people there, it's all about money. And al those people who a left here, i hope they wake up one day, and go far away from this place and never came back. Very low level, abstinency, disrespect, dishonesty. No good words for this company.

Unprofessional office staff,diffucult to live with 8 people in the room,especially with drunkers and selfish humans,maybe that place could be acceptable for the first 4 weeks but no longer than....

Pulled staff away from our company with no warning or explanation.Complete joke of a company with a non caring attitude
