But the accessories - carved! A request, whether only the accessories could be changed remained a week unanswered! On telephone demand, complain within 14 days of purchase only at the seller. WMF could not email this short sentence within 7 days? I do not need to mention that this solution is the ecologically worst.

Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars. "Stainless steel" rusts after 3 uses. Pots have sharp-edged, dangerous edges, boil over, lids soak up, rust on the inside and outside. Customer service? Unavailable. Do not stir for 2 months, then I should send in the pots. Now the pots have been missing for another 2 months, no reaction from WMFs. Very disappointing - that's how you lose long-term customers.

The location shown in Google Maps is the production site for many WMF products. You can't buy anything here. Right next door is the WMF fish hall where you can buy WMF products. I have also read some negative recessions in advance, but cannot confirm these experiences. I bought some products in the "fish hall"; e.g. WMF mini kitchens, which are ideal for a 2-person household. Or cutlery, knives and individual pans in a WMF shop. I am really satisfied with the products and find it difficult to understand the negative reviews. Like every manufacturer, WMF also has the Basic, as well as the Profi or Chef product lines, which are also manufactured accordingly and have different price ranges. We are also disappointed with WMF's customer service. I wrote a repair request to customer service in December 2020 because of a broken handle and have not received a response to this day. Our conclusion is: WMF is not worth the expensive money if the company does not even consider it necessary to provide an answer to a repair request. Unfortunately, the broken spare part is not available to buy separately.
In the future, we will buy our kitchen utensils from other manufacturers and advise all friends and acquaintances against buying WMF products.

After a short period of use, the coating on both pans came loose and became larger and larger.
According to customer service, I should now hand over the pans for inspection and inspection for half a month, without replacement.

I wrote a request on January 4 and 16, 2021 because this type of baking mold is advertised with a maximum temperature of 230 degrees Celsius, on my box, which was around the mold I bought a week ago, but "a maximum of 180 degrees " was standing. Nobody tells me how hot the baking pan can actually get and whether I have harmful substances in the cake if I use it too hot, or whether there is a health risk.
