My sales manager was sick as a dog for almost two weeks with a gastrointestinal virus of some sort, after 2 hospital visits and lots of trips to the bathroom it subsided with antibiotics. Well it turns out she bought one of APPA "Fine?" Foods chicken Cesar salads at Sam's Club and ate it. It contained Listeria... if this is a fine foods producer they ought to make sure all of their employees wash their hands after using the bathroom. Disgusting, I know am suspect of any salad that these companies say is triple washed.... maybe the salad is, but what about employee food handlers?
