Beware, the Lube Center ruined my transmission after recommending their flush service. 2 months later, my car 2011 Sienna with 125,000 miles had NO transmission fluid when it broke down and diagnosed. When I left the shop in July after the transmission fluid change, my car was smoking and I had to go back several times. They promised the problem was solved, but I have now found they didn't have the proper tools to change the transmission properly. The company will not consider any good will. I am a single mom of 3 young children. Worst service and customer service I have ever encountered. WLR parent company in Frederick also could care less and forwarded my claim to their insurance company. If you want to make sure you protect your family and children by keeping your vehicle safe, DO NOT patronize WLR shops.

The AutoSpa on Route 40 in Frederick, MD has been going downhill for years. I've driven away with smeared interior windshields, dirty carpets, dusty dashboards and exterior water spots from poor cleaning and have not said a word. Today I went back because we paid $25 for a car wash and the car is still filthy. I complained, they said pollen doesn't come off. :/ They do not pre-spray or brush cars. Ms Tameka was unhelpful but Ms Shantera was disrespectful, smirking laughing and walking away while I was talking. Very rude. Inexcusable. So I took the car down the street to Shell where for $6 LESS they quickly, cheerfully and politely cleaned my car so it sparkles! Yes, a gas station did a much better job than the so-called AutoSpa!!!
