I've been buying clothes from this company for many years now and apart from one hiccup when the Hermes driver left the parcel at someone else's address I have never had any problems either with delivery or with returns which I book online . Their choice of clothing is extensive and my friends often ask where I got certain items from. Yes, they do bombard their customers with catalogues but some of the 'freebies' are really quite good.
Completely incompetent. Ordered an item in July and they took payment for it. We are in Oct tomorrow and still waiting for it. First and last time i ever order anything from here. My advice would be to avoid at all costs... avoid avoid avoid!

Never had to return anything so can't comment. But my several experiences has been nothing but good. Good quality and l have not been pestered by spam or catalogs any more than with other companies.
My Mother ordered a tunic in Jan 18... Received email to say to allow 2 working days then when tracked they said it was delivered the day before the email was sent... Since blamed courier and when re ordered same thing happened again... Still waiting for refund from which they tried to deduct postage!
Nobody seems to know what they are doing when you call but will take your money ask quick as a flash!

I only ever had a negative experience with this company. Highly unethical policy- they trick you signing credit agreement once you place an order. They offer freebies with orders which often don't materialise. Rude customer service- they treat you like a dirt! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a pair of trousers in May and I m still waiting! Have called several times to be told it will be next month and the next month and so on and so on! Today I received the first apology from them after several calls! Will never use again!
Do not deal with this company, they are rubbish, I returned items and now has a bill for 3,99: even though I returned the free gift, I paid for delivery and sent them all back, beware before ordering?
I have been buying from you for a couple of years now and can only say thank you for excellent service. If I have reason to send anything back, it is because of my error in size or colour but it is so easy to return items. yesterday I ordered a dress 2-3 days delivery, it arrived at lunchtime today.That cannot be faulted. Keep it the good work.

Never again!! Ordered an item in early July and am told it will not arrive until 23rd. Reading some of these reveiws, I wonder if it will ever arrive! Requested no marketing contact and have been bombarded daily with marketing emails. Now told it will take six weeks to stop the emails. That is a data protection issue so I'll be contacting them.
If you ever decide to buy something here - think twice, and think again! Once you order something no matter how little - they will not let you live alone. They will spam you with their useless catalogues, lots of paper junk, every month. Their customer service is unbelievably useless - 4 times I complained about that spam, 4 times I was said I won't receive that crap anymore - and each time I received new one again and again. Just imagine if you need something from such customer service - they simply ignore you!
Fabulous clothes, nice quality fabrics that hang nicely. Good sizing (true to size). Helpful ordering system which shows which sizes are in stock and if not, how many weeks til they are. Wonderful to find a supplier of nicely styled cotton clothing which is helpfully located in it's own section on their website. I've been buying from them for several years now and can't fault the clothes or the service.

Ordered goods July 5th. Not received or contacted July 30th. Checked account....awaiting stock. So why accept my order when there was no stock. Supposed to be with me in 10 days!!!! Not holding my breath.

Sent me a discount voucher b4 christmas added to order & it said it would be added to statement.when statement came it wasnt on so got in touch & was asked 4 code asbit was 3 week after i used it i no longer have the code so nothing they can do.told them cancel my account n he said ok.not have customers long if they treat them like this
