I went in to purchase a few things on behalf of my mother - Price point was excessively high, rude beyond my imagination staff, asked two questions and then asked for some assistance- unbelievable how the staff of many years responded- we are going to close soon! - He never came over to help and or assist - How they stay in business is beyond me

On Saturday my kids and I were on our way to the pier and my front wheel on my wheelchair broke. I searched Google and found this place, I immediately called and spoke with a friendly guy who transferred me to Frank, he was friendly and kind. My oldest son took the wheelchair in and Frank immediately helped him, he remembered our conversation and helped with a new tire and fixed it. Frank gave GREAT customer service, he's AMAZING!! We will always remember Frank as our HERO! He saved our family outing. Thank you Frank! I will be returning to purchase a new wheelchair and accessories in the near future! Customer for life now!

Excellent service and quality products! Helped me locate the properly cetifmasks so that I am able to take them up to the North Bay during the current fires. Prices were very reasonable and fair unlike some other vendors who are overcharging, truly doing good for our community!

Just telling the fact: I got a device over there for $ 64 which on Amazon I found exactly the same as $12.99. They didn t even cooperate to match a bit, and make the customer satisfied.

These people are horrible. We did business with them for 20 plus years. Suddenly they are charging 25 times the price of rental oxygen from a bonafied vendor. We are contacting the attorney general to complain.
