One of the best and fastest growing company to work.

One of most worst market research company in Pune which wouldn t suggest any buddy to visit. Literally don t make any sense fooling people and making money.

Too much work pressure, no training is being provided. However, company has strong vision to become fortune 500 and it is rapidly moving towards becoming one.

Market research company in Pune. This was my first job and I really learnt a lot and enjoyed working with such people. It has Good work culture and employees are treated well #FunFriday activities are arranged with various activities. Nice company to work .

Pathetic company. They treat you like slave. I personally won't recommend to anyone to work here.

pros
1. very understanding and cooperative staff
2. Excellent learning potential and work exposure
3. Excellent work life balance
4. Flexible timing
5. Working climate and comfort is also good
6. The ceo seems to believe in low hierarchy and easy transfer of views. Thus the communication chain is an excellent mix of formality and informality. The communication also seems to be both ways which is a rarity
7. The manager also seems to believe in same philosophy
8. The surroundings is a big plus with casual playful spots to get together. Infact I spent some time around the mall after work rather than going to my boring room.
9. Last but not the least it's a successful startup. A startup always offers the greatest learning both for employee and employer. After the organisation becomes big the rule of diminishing returns kicks in. Remember
the more people who pulled on a rope, the less effort each individual contributes!
10. It's small compared to some bigger names which gives added advantages to freshers. It means greater manuverability in terms of work exposure, both depth as well as spectrum. Small and fast growth means greater propensity of early promotion (if u work )

Cons
1. the only con I witnessed is that the computer screens and keyboards should get an uplift

Conclusion- better to work in a upbudding startup company where you get complete exposure and the learning curve has a steeper curve rather than being a doormat with a shiny big badge!!

PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION!!!

I have relocated from a different state to join WGR's sister company and its the worst corporate experience I have faced in just 2 months being in IT industry for 5+ years. They shut down the whole department like a snap and the MD informed we don't need to come from tomorrow while the team was leaving like a normal day. Don't trust any company linked with WGR as the decision makers would be the same and terrific.

NO CREDIBILITY
NO REMUNERATION

Its a consulting firm, which help there customer by providing best solution for there queries, and help them to understood the market trend.

Worst company to get associated with. Pathetic work culture, malevolent attitude of management . Not recommended at all to work here.
