My ninth company, and I have been with them since 2012.
That says enough about them!

I'm a new driver at MDS lease purchase two years 2012 frieghtliner will me mine and my pay will increase. lol I'm enjoying myself her Neo the recruiter is great. He got me a flight from Dallas to Chicago the uber to yard. Peter w/ safety help me sign contract and inspection on truck. John and Mulan over maintenance got me squared away with windshield fluid minor things now I'm a IC w/MDS loving it...

I Nathan Walker is a Lease Operator at MDS Trucking...and the company is a great company to drive for...the staff is great and the owner of the company is nice and down to earth and my Dispatcher is A1.....When it time to book a load Robert does a great job....and I have a great work relationship with my Dispatcher...and we work great together...and he be running me and we make great money together...Thank u Robert and Peter..And thank u John in maintenance...and thank u Marko...and thank u Neo in recruiting....Thank y'all for the opportunity to work for a great company.....Nathan T. Great company that is ran by even better people. 5/5 and there is no debate. If ever given the opportunity to work for or with this company i recommend not hesitating at all. You will not regret it.

I've been doing business with these guys for over a year now, and I'm BEYOND grateful for EVERYTHING they do. Their Dispatch and Track and Trace departments provide great communication, reliable service, and are just easy to work with. They're always on the ball and have never let me down. After all my years in the biz, these guys are as good as it gets. If you ever have the opportunity to work with MDS, you won't be disappointed.

We don't usually leave poor reviews on brokerages due to the industry circumstances and the tight margins we are working with but this company is extremely unprofessional and they straight up stole from the rate we negotiated.

We booked a load from Northlake IL to Madison WI and Green Bay WI. We checked in at the pickup an hour before the appointment time and the shipper advised that they only want to ship out the freight going to Madison WI.

We immediately notified their after hours tracker Nicole and she advised that we should proceed loading the Madison WI stop as this was a 'hot' load. There was no mention of the rate being cut. We got loaded and delivered the load first thing the following morning. I personally spoke with the broker in the morning, letting them know what happened the night before and there was again no mention of the rate being cut.

Two days after we delivered they sent us a revised rate con with a $150 rate deduction, the reason being that we didn't do both stops for them. In my experience we have never seen anybody do that as the rate was already agreed upon and the fact that their shipper took a stop off the route is out of our control and was not our decision. Our truck had to deadhead to Green Bay because that's where our driver lives and that is the reason we booked the load in the first place.

I then politely explained that we do not accept the rate deduction and that we want to get paid in full because it wasn't within our power to decide about how many stops we get loaded with and that nobody told us that we will be hit with a rate deduction.

We received the short paid check in the mail and I called Jean at ex 10405 to try and fix things but she wasn't helpful and told me its up to the broker. She transferred me to Jake ex 12203 who didn't answer for the next 2 days.

When I finally got him on the phone he told me that I "was clearly calling him begging for money" and that he will send me a rate con for $150. He made it sound like I was asking him for a favor and was disrespectful all around.

Its been 2 weeks since that conversation and every time I call him I am being sent straight to his voice mail. I left him 5 messages but he has not dignified me with a response till today.

At the end of the day customer service, honesty and integrity separates the good brokers from the fly by night operations trying to make a buck on the carriers back. Unfortunately Skyway Brokerage is part of the second group.

Stay away!

I am booking loads with guy from this company, Jake. No issues at all, everything went so smooth every time I was at pick up or delivery. Just once I had problem at the delivery, but he fixed that for me really quick. I would recommend everyone to book with Skyway

Great company, 24-7 service. Broker with assets so even though we work with the brokerage they use their company trucks which have gps tracking which our customers love. 10/10 recommend especially for customers who want someone to answer the phone/give updates when they call.

To give these guys 5 stars is too low. I have worked with these guys for over 2 years now as one of my "go to" carriers. They treat ya like family not just another broker they work with. They are very communicative and just great people. Have great pride in their business and standards. In the same respect you can joke with and just be friends with, as we are all in this business together. I look forward to working with them every day and for many years to come. Ned, Djordje, Mike, Robert, Big Al, Nik, and Soko are tops in the business. Highly recommend them for your freight needs!!!

This is a top notch company. Not only will you get the highest quality service, but you'll be surprised by how friendly everyone is. These days it's not as common to find a work enviornment filled with great personalities, but this is one of them. Easy 5*
