The luge is very easy to control. We had a lot of fun riding it.

This is a great time if you have not experience downhill karting before! It s a rare amusement attraction that is not available in most places.

Good fun for anyone. Saw groups of all ages there. Some families with kids as well as some 20-something and 30-something groups. Good value for money. A nice day out. Highly recommend trying it...get at last to rides. honestly one isn't enough, especially if it is your first time there...cuz the first time you'd be getting used to maneuvering the ride and getting to know the track. The times after that, you can have a bit more fun going down the nice long winding path.

Taking the chair lift up was almost as fun as the downhill karts. Not recommended for very young children (under 4). It was tough for my 7 year old to handle the karts (he said it hurt his arms). Staff is great.

SO FUN!!! Every Calgarian MUST try this. It's never enough to ride it just once - you need twice at least! It's very affordable too - $24 for 3 rides! And each ride is maybe 8 minutes of driving the luge down. Family friendly! In fact, I'd recommend bringing at least two other people to ride with because it makes it so much more fun. They also take pictures of you (1 on the chairlift up, and 1 riding the luge) which they sell you for only $3 each (digitally). I went a week ago and am going again very soon! 11/10 experience :D

It was worse. Don't waste your time and money .messed up management .Waited inline for 45 mins in the sun,just to be send home because of a cliche in the system in New Zealand coming from a manager named Shawn. Drove all the way from Lethbridge.....No consideration at all.

So much fun!! I m terrified of heights but had so much fun coming down I actually rode three times!!

So much fun. It was nice there weren't that many people. Staff went through safety precautions each time we went to the top. Beautiful view of the Rockies and Calgary.

Great fun. Luge rides were great for kids and seniors alike. Chair lift to the summit was a fun time. Worth the stop. Family pricing was helpful.

Its true. One is not enough, but three is. Always a good time and reasonable prices for families. Search online for deals, there's often a coupon out there.

Definitely a great experience; get at least 3 races as you'll be up and down in a flash!

When I get down, my buttocks can get sick because it's so tiring, and it's not easy because I need a lot of power on my wrists. Speed is really a speed that I can get to the end of the earth if I'm not scared !! A great activity to experience once! You can go to coupon book cheaply!

Such a great time. Staff is working extra hard to keep things moving quickly while handling the extra load of meeting all of the health regulations of the pandemic era. It turned out to be a very busy day with tons of people. So they even stayed open an hour longer than usual to try to ensure people were able to get in the max number of runs, and then communicated and coordinated so we could rebook for another day to use the rest of the runs we had paid for, or opt to get a refund. Manager was walking up and down the queue line the whole time we were there answering everyone's questions and providing assurances. Class act and great customer service. It's easy for people to become frustrated and upset with the way businesses have to operate in light of existing circumstances (which we even saw while there today), usually meaning longer waits and less conveniences. But this is more of a reason to recognize the great efforts some businesses are making to still do all they can for the customer. Kudos to these people.

This place is amazing!
We were late for our time slot and couldn't go for all 4 rides. So, Aime let our group of 20 go for 2 rides and refunded the other 2.

I ve been go carting before but this is a completely different experience. Breathtaking views, cool wind in your hair. Fun for all ages!

The experience of getting on the hill and going down was handled well for the most part. They are sanitizing your hand and the carts and the staff is wearing masks. However they are NOT quite fully set up for Covid 19 social distancing in one situation when you want to purchase a photo of your ride they have that line up passing through the space that everyone gets off the carts from. This is a horrible way to run the photo booth as you are standing in line spacing between the person in front of you while many people are running around you. Seperate the photo booth area from where people get off the cart and I would have felt safer.

First time downhill carting was a great experience here! The staff were helpful and friendly and the carts were easy to operate and go fast with.

pretty fun for families :) you can easily spend a day at this park! try coming earlier to beat the crowd!

Very fun. Makes for a fun day activity with the family. It does require some arm strength so younger riders might want to ride with an adult even if they meet the height requirement.

Skii hill is nice and the customer service was excellent. They initially told everyone the ski rentals were sold out, but they immediately tried to correct it and tried very hard to get us our skis at the end. Very. Good.

Customer service was inadequate as one of the employees was giving us attitude. Really not a fan of sassy workers.

This was so much FUN! Very helpful employees. Make sure to go when not too busy or you will get stuck behind a slow rider.

Very fun, efficiently run, great staff. Will definitely come again anytime I'm in Calgary. Arriving earlier is best to avoid lines but they move fine.

I had beautiful time with my family at the luge, my 3 years old daughter was thrilled riding with me and my wife.

So much fun. Got the 4 ticket deal online and saved a few bucks. Family LOVED it. Staff is friendly and really keep the line moving quick. Great place to spend a few hours and apparently quite a bit of other stuff to do around the park(waterslide, mountain biking, zip line ect)

Super fun experience! The staff easily and quickly train people how to use the equipment so you can get on the track and start racing down the hill. It was really cool to see the Olympic park and race past a bunch of people on the fun skyline luge track. They even take your picture (for a small fee of course). Would highly recommend this fun experience for people of all ages!

A very enjoyable experience out there on a sunny summer day, with short queues and pleasant staff. We have 5 rides for each of us. Do pose for the camera spots and the phots are good.

A very long track, far superior to the one at Sentosa in Singapore aside from the view going up which is still nothing to shake your head at in Calgary with the mountains straight ahead of you. Careful at the end of the track. Patrons drive like maniacs.

Had a great morning riding down the hill on the luge with the family. Getting there early got us an early bird special discount. 3 runs for family of 5 was $98, can't complain at all about the price.

Fun activity on the mountain all year, and great place to bring kids. A little pricey, but about what you'd expect for something touristy. The bummer is you can't take photos while on the course, because they want to sell you a photo of yourself at the end.

Lots of fun. Karts can get some pretty good speed. Older kids enjoyed driving themselves and the younger ones enjoyed the ride. Wait wasn't too long. Lots of staff to assist.

For Covid-19 - Lots of hand sanitizer stations, spacing requirements in line, sanitization of hands before the lifts and of kart handles before you get on. The lodge has spacing requirements and limit of two in the washroom.

The carting was super fun, the photos are a bit of a rip off. We went for 3 rides, ran into some friends so upgraded another 2 rides each, which came out to more money than the 5 ride package but we were told we could not get the 5ride package photo deal. The girl at the counter was not rude per se but unwilling to discuss or to escalate our questions to a supervisor. We will be going back but will be sure to pick the right package.... Btw, 5 rides are not too much!!!

Lots of fun for the whole family. Went with 6, 4, and a 1 year old. Everyone had a blast and wanted to go back. Covid protocols were good. Mandatory hand sanitizer before chair lift and before getting into karts. Karts were sanitized after every ride.

Was totally excited that us as a family could all do this. Get there and there s a rule that your youngest has to be completely walking. No where on the website does it state that (they might change it due to my huge rant) it states leave no family member behind it s not true. I wouldn t think twice if this was a rule stated. My baby is over 1 and just not completely walking fully so it s not like she s a newborn. Super bummed.

Awesome! We have small kids and they were able to ride on our laps. Staff were all awesome. They were constantly cleaning and disinfecting and making everyone wash hands. Absolutely recommend this

We had such a great experience at the luge. I wasn't sure what to think about it at first since I'm a chicken when it comes to rides. I'm so glad I went and I definitely plan on going again.

Tons of fun even for little ones! They can sit in your lap while you kart down the pathway. Highly recommended for family fun

Awesome fun!! Its basically a go kart that runs on gravity. The incline at the ski hill allows great speed.

Prices is a bit steep. Wished they had coupons.

Luging is the one thing no one wants to do... until you do it. Been here many times and its one of my favorite things to do during the summer in Calgary. Highly recommend, its lots of fun! Always a great time with friends or family!! I highly recommend 4 or 5 rides, a couple rides is not enough at all.

Oh my goodness, so much fun! They are easy to drive with a little instruction and the ride down is fun! I highly recommend buying more than one run because that first run is learning, the subsequent runs are when the fun hits because you can anticipate the turns and dips. I also felt that it was reasonably priced and kiddos can ride with adults. My boys (aged 2 and 4) had an absolute blast!

Had a terrific time on the luge track. They have karts that you ride the track down on. Family friendly. If you have a small one they can go double. A really great time! Highly recommended!
