ONCE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH!!

ONCE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
We visited Calgary and thought this was a good idea. Some dumb kid crashed into me and ended up breaking my foot in two spots and also 2 chips. The first aid is extremely basic, and was basically told to go to the hospital (yes drive yourself).
Anyways, after waiting almost six weeks (to see if they would at least follow up...which they didn't). I ended up email and after almost 2 weeks Jason Blair finally replied (didn't even offer a refund). Basically said, 'yep that's all we do here' (meaning quick assessment and advise to go to hospital). I even asked for water to drink and got nothing. Jason's reply to that was "we don't offer food or drink."

Needless to say, customer service is about the worst I've ever received.

So much fun to join our team to play this with such lovely ladies. This is a place worth to travel just to try it. And definitely, you will be enthusiastically coming back for more hours of the game. The best place to go with family and friends. You will enjoy it to the max!

This is a definite to-do activity at least once when in Calgary either with friends or family. You also get a beautiful view going up the hill on a lift, before you rip down on the luge.

Riding fast will take you about 3 minutes, and going twice (maximum) would be my recommendation. First time around you are getting comfortable controlling the ride with your body, and the second time around is the sweet spot.

I'd never done it before but it was a blast. We did 4 runs, spent 1.5 hours on the hill...I can't believe we've never done this before today.

Plus the staff was absolutely awesome. Great job C.O.P!

SO much fun. Pretty cheap, and good for all ages. Carts are pretty easy to control, and you can control your speed with the brake so there s no need to worry about going to fast for your comfort. They do go very fast, though, if that s your thing. Chairlift to take you up, and a camera along the track to take your picture (can purchase a copy at the end). A must-do activity in Calgary!

Waste of time! Will not take walk up and their website doesn't let you book online after 2pm. Your company really sounds idiotic when you have zero flexibility in hospitality. Better off putting your car in neutral and coasting down some of the roads in the mountains.

Such a fun experience. Karts are so easy to use and time flies.
Tip: they do a deal for 3rides. That's probably the perfect amount of time. They do offer photos at the stand where you get helmets which are reasonably priced.

Great summer time fun in YYC! I've been to a few other street luge circuits in Canada and the one at Canada Olympic Park is definitely the best priced. For $24 you get three runs down the hill and if you pay $26 you get four runs. The place gets very busy on the weekends but if you go on a weekday after 5pm you can go up and down the hill with hardly any traffic at all and it's open late on weekdays as well, till 9pm.

Something different than motorized go karts for the family. I thought they would have been slow, but compared to motorized go karts it's a different kind of experience! Combined with the chairlift and cost it's a fun way to spend a couple hours. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

This was my first time and I enjoyed it! Going up the chairlift and looking at the track from above reminded me of the opening credits of Sesame Street (circa 1980s) LOL.

The carts are very basic and small, so I didn't feel very safe. I felt like if I were to bump into something or someone the cart would flip (and I would fall out) quite easily. I made sure to go slow and steady.

The track itself is very bumpy. Like more than half the time. Not great. But still fun! Would go again in the future.

Frickin' awesome fun! But keep in mind the weather...it seems if there's a thunderboomer even remotely close to anywhere in southwest Canada they'll close down the lift which could result in serious disappointment. Same goes for the mountainbiking...

It was a fun activity with friends. The track was fairly empty while I was there, I wouldn't go during a busy time. There are a surprising number of people and kids that were at a dead stop on the track.

It was an extremely fun and exhilarating experience. I purchased the adrenaline pack and did the bobsleigh, zip line, and Luge. The are all very safe and include lots instructions. There are lots of people, I went on a Sunday in the beginning of June, the weather was nice and it is best to come very early to assure that you don't have to wait in lines.

I was never able to ride! Every time my family and I attempted to Luge, the place was either shut down or closed due to lighting. Many times it wasn't even raining. Instead of the management properly advise customers of what was happening, they though I was better to play soccer between workers meanwhile customers waited and watched... two hours later we were told it was a no go! This same scenario happen at least three times before we left the province extremely unhappy at the service and the lack of communication.

Lot's of fun! Got in 2 out of the 3 runs purchased before track was closed due to lightning in the area. Can use the third one sometime this Fall. Great to see that that are keeping safety as a top priority!!

Loads of fun for the whole family. Parking is easy, the lines move fast, and while it's not cheap, it's a pretty good value for the money. The course is longer than you might expect, and you get to see a bit of the city from the chair lift on your way up. Not much open for food over the long weekend, but they had enough snacks to keep everyone going.
