Local professional event center. Home of the Kalamazoo Wings minor league hockey team. Very reasonable prices for games. Staff is courteous and helpful. I have been to several dozen events over the years and never had a bad experience.

Went to an event. We sat in at for over an hour and half. The parking and traffic were so bad!! Then they still charged for parking!! The main roads were so clogged no one could get in or get through. Maybe wings should invest in people to direct traffic. We will never attend an event at wings ever again.

It's a ok place to go watch hockey. Small arena and cold. Not much entertainment inbetween periods. I had hungry Howie's from a vendor there and seemed like it had been sitting under heat lamp forever and was disgusting ended up throwing it away. I'll go watch the fort wayne komets next time

If they want to be a big event center, they need to work on their procedures. The staff is inexperienced for big events. The line to get through security takes way too long. If they want to sell beer on the floor, they should not be rolling around a cooler with beer. They are unable to serve anyone in the stands. Why do I have to pay the same amount to park on gravel as others pay to park on payment?

Was there for a youth wrestling event. The arena is big with lots of seating however the other two areas not so much. The valley was overcrowded with nowhere to sit or stand. Food and drink prices are high.

Worst concert venue I've been to. Dirty, trashy, terrible acoustics, and packed in like sardines. Don't bother paying top dollar for front row seats, like I did. Security guard (who comes to work wearing house slippers) just let people from all over the stadium come push up in front of me against the stage railing.

Absolutely ruined the experience of seeing my favorite artist, whom I've seen several other times in nicer venues. The clientele was pure redneck trash. The guy next to me was clearly tweaking on something and couldn't hold his hands or legs still and kept bumping into me. Must have traded all his meth for the $100 ticket. Everyone else was drunk and spilling beer all over. Keep in mind, this was in the most expensive section.

Avoid this place at all costs. May be a decent hockey arena, but for a concert it's the worst.

Small venue but they really do all they can there. Parking is 5$ for the hockey game but you see it put back into the stadium one example is the Jumbotron. It's huge and awesome. I wish we could pack the place like we used too. I love watching the Kwings and enjoying the realistic beer prices. Even the food has come a long way, I had the walking taco this April 2017 and it was delicious. You won't be disappointed if you're a fan of supporting the community.

We bought into the 5 game pack offered by the Kwings for the 2018/2019 season. The Stadium is old but nice, bathrooms are always tidy, staff is always friendly, food is as to be expected. I deducted points because parking is $5 cash and there is no prepaid parking pass option that I am aware of which would be nice because like many people I do not carry cash. Also the seats are quite narrow and I always feel squished into the row (I am a 5'8" female weighing 145lbs).

A big THANKS (sarcasm) to the Wings Stadium staff member I left a message with this past weekend about the fact that 2 members of my family had some sort of stomach illness within 24 hrs of eating the same thing from the Wings concession stand. I will leave that person's name out of this review but I would have, at the very least, appreciated my phone call being returned - just to check in and make sure my family members were feeling better.

Lesson learned on the food AND customer service, and WONT be going to another K-Wings anytime soon! Slappy - we still love you though!
