What a nightmare!!!! There are far better companies out there that do the same exact thing but yet will take far better care of you as a customer. We mistakenly chose Pure Promotions to order water bottles and bags for a youth basketball camp. We agreed to the particular bottles/bags during a "free shipping" promotion and expected the price to land around $173. After multiple attempts of requesting a proposal, quote, invoice, etc.... we heard NOTHING until a few months after the camp with an invoice valuing $721. We were charged $430 in overnight shipping when they had more then enough time to ship this via ground. Had this information been presented up front, we would have certainly chose a different route. Worst experience to date!
